Update- 26/09/2023 I was rebooked for the treatment including hammam, full body relaxing and relaxing facial. I must say- Fifth element has retained a customer ! What fantastic service and massage this time around. My masseuse Lina was simply amazing with her magical touch. Firm for body massage and gentle for the facial. I literally drifted to cloud9. Simply relaxing and heavenly. Hammam experience was new and i enjoyed it. My skin definitely felt detoxed, the scrub and mudpack were a nice touch. Glad to have been rebooked and experience the true joy with Fifth element. Will be coming back again. ————————— I opted for Relaxation package(2hr) which is combo of body massage and facial. Below is my experience at the spa. 1. Atmosphere : the facility has amazingly tranquillity. Friendly staff and invigorating tea and citrus water available for self-service. Lounge room is calming and work of art. 2. Body massage: this is where things went downhill for me. I had to probe the masseuse a million times to increase the intensity and pressure as she was very gentle and i felt her touch featherlike. All i felt she did was spreading the oil over the body with very gentle strokes. I did mention some tension areas like upper back, neck, shoulder, feet. But she missed the opportunity and applied very soft pressure and missed all the pressure points which was disappointing. The spa should work on training the masseuse with knowledge on applying correct pressure and working on the key points that promote relaxation. 3. Facial was satisfactory and relaxing. With the same masseuse performing the facial i think she did well given her natural tendency of soft and gentle touch. The products used were of good quality with luxurious essence. Lastly, i expected Hammam to be included with my package as their website mentions “Hammam included with any 90+ min spa” . However i was disappointed knowing that hammam was closed for some work. They did agree to add it to the future spa i book in. However it would have been good to have the hammam being non-functional clearly on the website. So overall for $280 experience i was not satisfied.

I don’t often go for spa treamtments but I had my very first massage here postpartum and the pamper package was exactly what I needed to relieve the stress from the past month. Riya was so welcoming and attentive throughout the whole session by accommodating to the areas I felt needed more attention and with the amount of pressure applied. She is knowledgeable and shared what she could tell with my skin as well as how best to treat it. She was also mindful and respectful of the times where quiet was necessary to really enjoy the treatment and relax. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful place, relaxing and harmonious. I had an amazing experience and can’t wait to go back, I will try for a senior member in the future. The service was just (5-10 minutes short) of the advertised time even with the added (10 minute extra add on) at extra cost. My therapist was amazing even with the shorter time. She was very welcoming and attentive. I had booked for a consultation also, however the senior persons were not available, they did call and let me know prior to my appointment. I would recommend this establishment for any services

My partner and i rang up last minute too see if they had any available appointments, unfortunately they explained there was only 1 half an hour left, BUT they then went out of there way and fit both of us in for an hour each! Honestly i couldn't be more happy with our experience, the prices were absolutely fantastic and the service from the girls was brilliant! It was the most relaxed either of us have been in a very long time! We will definitely be coming back for more and will be telling everyone!! Thanks again guys!!

I opted for the Deluxe package (1hr facial and 1hr massage) and got a complimentary private Hammam session. Megumi was brilliant, she used the perfect pressure and listened attentively to my requests along the way! The spa space itself is beautiful and relaxing; a bit unbelievable to have such a spot in the thick of Werribee’s town centre! Everyone who worked there looked relaxed and happy to be there, which speaks a lot about the business I will definitely be back again and again!

What a great experience. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Fifth Element and the experience was again 5 star. From the moment I walked in to the end of my treatment I was made to feel so special and consulted all the way through my appointment. Big thank you to Monique for working her magic on me and to the girls at reception for managing to fit me in to both appointments so I didn’t have to return again in the afternoon. My husband and I enjoyed an amazing couples massage! I highly recommend. I had the pregnancy massage and this experience almost brought me to tears. When preparing for my wedding, I knew my face needed to be just right! The facial provided by Fifth Element gave fantastic results and I looked amazing! My skin was so smooth and healthy, which came across so well in my wedding photos! I have been to the fifth element spa a few times now and it has always been a great experience. I was lucky enough to enjoy a deep relaxation package yesterday and it was amazing. I had a body scrub, full body massage and a facial and omg it was fantastic.Monique was my therapist and she was lovely. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time. I can’t wait to visit again.

Being 32 weeks pregnant I decided to treat myself to a pregnancy massage to help my body with the continuous changes and pains. I cannot rate this massage high enough. I felt like I was floating on a cloud the entire time, the therapist was thoughtful and mindful of my pregnancy and very informative. Will deffinetly be squeezing in a second massage before baby arrives.

Absolutely amazing! So relaxing. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. My therapist was exceptional. I came in feeling stressed and sore, I’m leaving so relaxed and my pain has gone. From Gold Coast visiting a gal pal and she’s taken me here. Parking is tough so leave yourself time (maybe I didn’t know where I was supposed to park?) but the facility is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. I got the 60min full body massage and added a 30min facial… I feel heavenly! Would highly recommend coming for a gal’s getaway!

Following some recent trauma, I decided to treat myself to a 60 minute relaxation massage with the Ampoule enhancement. It was EXACTLY what the Dr ordered. I had a fantastic massage and foot treatment with Victoria yesterday, she was absolutely fantastic, attentive to my needs, applied great pressure and checked in every so often to ensure everything was ok.
