I got the 'From Here to Eternity' package, and I have a few comments! I recommend the staff having a few sizing options available, as a bigger lady the disposable underwear, the robe and the towel for the hydro steam were ill fitting. I started off with a hydro steam which was nice, the temperature was great, the overall ambience was very calm and relaxing. Besides the sizing issues above, I enjoyed it. I had foot massage afterwards, there was a lot of communication, the massage itself was great. I then moved onto a body massage which started off with some warm up pressure then deep tissue massage, I was vocal about pressure and the masseuse asked if the pressure was okay and explained if I needed any adjustments to let her know. The communication was great. I then had a body treatment, I would have liked to know the ingredient list for the products, perhaps the masseuse could explain what is in the products and the benefits of the ingredients? Overall I enjoyed it as it was very therapeutic I then had a spa bath, she asked what kind of temperature I preferred and also advised that I could add cold water if I needed. I had a glass of pineapple juice as well as popcorn, which was tasty! I had a nice soak. Lastly I had a facial, she explained the products in order of application but not the ingredients which I also would have liked. I did put down sensitive skin, but found the products were still very fragrant, and I also experienced a bit of stinging with the moisturiser but she had removed it promptly once I advised her. I recommend fragrance free options for sensitive skin, as well as using face rollers or gua sha's for facials to add to the experience. Also! I paid $12 for parking instead of $65, which was great. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and think it was well worth the price. Would recommend.

Just had a wonderful couples escape spa package at V Hotel Spa, located inside The Savoy Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were lovely and clean. I had Melly as my masseuse and she was lovely and gentle (exactly what I asked for) and was especially careful around my injured shoulder. She took a lot of care with my massage and I was left feeling totally relaxed and pampered. My partner had Shy who also gave a very relaxing massage according to him and gave perfect pressure. They were very accomodating with heated massage beds and checked in on if we were comfortable and if the pressure was okay. Will definitely come back next time we are in Melbourne!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You enter and it feels like you have all the time in the world - everything else can wait. The service is top notch; they are mindful and clearly extremely skilled at what they do. They adjust everything to your liking - temperature, pressure - and they even make sure to cover your hair so not a single strand gets oily (if you're getting an oil massage). They thought everything through here and the service is incomparable. Well worth every single cent and I will definitely be coming again! I booked a four & a half hour spa package here for myself & a friend & it was luxurious! Our skin felt amazing after the facial & body scrub & it made our skin feel clean for a lot longer than other places. Our favourite part was the foot scrub & massage. The only negative was that the spa bath for two was only big enough for one person so it was very awkward trying to fit both of us in it at the same time. The package was extremely affordable.

My husband and I visited for a couples massage as part of our BabyMoon. I had the relaxation pregnancy massage and he had the deep tissue remedial massage. From the very beginning the service, experience and atmosphere was wonderful. We both enjoyed our massages and were really impressed with both masseuses who were friendly, skilled and intuitive. We booked their couple packages, it was fantastic. The service, the vibe and the level of professionalism is superb. Their prices are so reasonable comparing to the service you are receiving. Keep in mind to park somewhere close by as they don’t offer parking spots which is normal in Melbourne CBD. I would recommend here to a friend for sure.

Great value for money. Good location. Not glam or lux decor/ ambiance but the staff are kind and caring and that’s what made the experience extra special.
