I went for an oil change and Raiyan was amazing. He was attentive, checked out my car thoroughly and gave me valuable feedback. He also fixed a minor thing on my car without charging me and took the time to answer all my questions about my car. The team here is courteous, professional, and honest! I'm a new driver and have been looking for a honest mechanic who wouldn't take advantage of a woman who knows minimal information about cars and mechanical costs. Fine Tuned Auto just earned a new client!!! They are now my mechanic. I also referred a friend to get her oil changed and they immediately recognized a broken tire rod that was risking her life each time she drove. Even though it was late they stayed back and fixed it so that she could drive back to Brampton instead of finding alternate means. She is also now a client. This review is coming from me, myself and I. And I was not asked by the owner nor coworkers to give one, but i’m going to anyway. I live an hour away from this shop, but my work is about a 15-25 minute drive. A coworker of mine introduced me to the owner (Asif) and I have never had any better service elsewhere for my vehicle. The shop can get busy at times due to the location and size of the business. But if you want God honest work about your vehicle, this is the place to be. It’s been over a year since I was introduced to Asif and he treats me like family. Needless to say, it’s worth the drive for me. These guys are honest about their work and I don’t think I’ll ever switch shops. If you need God honest work done, ask for Asif.

Asiff was able to help me out as a first time customer and first time car owner who bought a used car from (downsview auto/mazda- don't ever buy from them) and long story short those guys sold me a rusty bucket. Asiff and the guys inspected the car and found so many issues wrong that the lying money hungry dealer Eran had his mechanics state that the car was safety certified and it wasn't. Thank God for Asiff and his guys(Ryan and another few guys) they saved me so much headache and were able to squeeze me in with short notice. The service was exceptional and reliable and I've already recommended them to my friends who are looking for a reliable and customer friendly mechanic. These are good people.

Yesterday i had trouble with my car while i was 5 mins away from work which is a 50 min drive from my house. I searched for the closest mechanic and just my fluke came across these guys. I spoke with Asif initially who fit me in right away. I was able to drop it off, go to work and pick it up ready and completed. Without them my engine would have probably been done. Raiyan is has GREAT customer service, as they all seem to but he primarily worked on my car and i am so impressed with his service. Being a girl in the car world is SO frustrating because i just want straight business and straight answers with fair pricing. They did just that! Always taking my BMW back here.

Asiff (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) is a very honest mechanic who delivers his promises efficiently and on time. He is the only one I deal with at the shop but I’m sure the other workers are just as good. From my experience going to multiple different repair shops, this one is by far my favourite. They have never tried to charge me extra for their services or parts when I need. They handle all my issues in a timely manner and they are just good people all around. I mean what more can you ask for. If it wasn’t for me wanting to see Asiffs business grow and help him get more clients, I would have gatekept this gem.

I brought my car to Fine tuned auto. Came all the way from Scarborough. I had no idea all the issues with the car. Ashif accessed everything. He was honest and polite. He took his time to explain why we needed to fix certain things and how much it cost. Gives Best price and he will do all he can to help you. This is by far the best service I ever received. I still drive 40 mins from Scarborough if I need to do any servicing. Ashif and team do qualify work and I will happily recommend Fine tune Auto to anyone.

Best service ever. My car had TPMS error and I took my car for calibration, Raiyan attended my Car and tried his best to caliber before we could replace the sensor. They also did my car inspection and took for test drive and gave all the information about the car condition which was really helpful. While changing my TPMS he proactively noticed that my indicator bulb was gone and he replaced instantly without changing extra. Overall very happy with the service, they give exceptional client service.

Brought my car in for an oil change today and Raiyan was the mechanic I had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely friendly and very versatile guy. He was running the shop by himself as a few mechanics were away and he kept things under control. I felt very comfortable and he went above and beyond. He noticed the car was low on coolant and topped it up for me. Will be back

Ashif has proven to be extremely helpful. I visited this shop to address an issue with my vehicle that other auto shops couldn't fix, and they successfully repaired it within a day. Their reliability and affordability make me grateful to have discovered trustworthy mechanics. They have a customer in me for life and I would recommend this auto shop to everyone.

Had a really great experience here! I came here to change my tires for the winter. Raiyan is amazing, very accommodating as he was able to squeeze me in on such short notice. He even noticed one of my brake lights weren’t working and fixed it for me on the spot. I appreciate their excellent customer service, will definitely be back!
