Simply put 10/10. Professionalism at it's best. Samih is a polite, gentleman, professional and very knowledgeable owner. He personally meets you as you walk through the doors and treats you with honesty and respect. Scarborough Auto Care is one of the best auto care shops. To me they are the best. Today, they fixed my car and found exactly what was wrong which was not easy to find had it not been for their top-notch experience and dedication. I was really impressed today when they found the fault which the computer did not pick up. Sam will take the time to explain everything to you in details, including what repairs were necessary, how long they would take, and what the cost would be. They NEVER once tried to upsell me or push unnecessary services. I know it is not easy rating a shop 10/10 but they truly earned it. I highly recommend Scarborough auto care to anyone. Personally, will NEVER go to another place again.

I had a great experience with Scarborough Auto Care! I was quite worried about where to go for a service as a first time car owner, but my worries disappeared once I met Samih. He was able to identify the issue with my car and diagnosed what to do next immediately. Not only that, but he also was also extremely transparent with the whole process and educated me about the issue clearly. I had a great experience at their service center. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, and Mr. Sam, who answered, was very professional. When I arrived at the service center, Mr. Randy took care of my car and explained everything professionally. They took their time to diagnose and fix the issue, and they were both friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. They also display service prices transparently on an office board, which I appreciate. I plan to use their services for my car in the future.

Close your eyes and hand over your car for service that’s the least i can say about Samih and his team on how good they are with the work. My car had multiple troubles and everything including the warranty, paperworks and the processes along the way was handled exceptionally.
