Disappointed in all the hidden charges and bad customer service over the phone. When I rented the car I prepared everything and was supposed to pay a deposit of 3,000 when picking the car. But they asked for 2 deposits 7,500 and 4,500. I

I arrived to collect my rental. My rental wasn't ready . The staff went out of their way to make sure I wasn't inconvienced . I got my car delivered to my home and was given a stunning Honda. I loved the car, I didn't want to give it back

We arrived here at 12h00 to pick up our rental car as arranged, just to find the office deserted. We call head office who assure us that there are people at the office. We call the land line, no reply. We call the after hours cell phone

Shout out for this depot. Had to return vehicle before they opened as we had to catch a ship which brought its departure time forward by 6 hrs. Manager arrived early to sign off return. That is service

I am disgusted. On the 27th of December 2022, when I rented the car, everything went well. The employee (a man), was super nice and the car was good.
