Had to acknowledge the experience I had to today with one of the team at our local First Choice - which I’d start by saying has incredible customer service in general, but (Ma****) who helped me was outstanding. Given the current climate, she was genuinely friendly and professional from my first vague, detail poor question regarding wine my wife was chasing down! The 3 details I provided that remained in my memory.. - is white, - starts with ‘T’, - is mineral(y), So, while I tried to dial home to get more info, and I mean 3-5mins, Ma**** had (after suggesting a couple then excusing herself to have a look while I kept dialling) returned with 3 bottles - as my wife answered, Ma**** hands me the bottle which my wife says the name of.. Bam! I’m acknowledging this team members knowledge of wine, genuinely helpful professional customer service. Thanks M****!

Some kind of scam. I was offered a deal that if I spent over a $100 I would get $10 off. Well I bought a slab of VB Stubbies and an 1125 mil bottle of Johnny Walker Red which totalled $107. BUT when i went through the checkout there was no mention of that even after i expressed my frustration with the lady on the checkout. All up I will not be using First Choice ever again unless they give me back that fictitious $10......

Not a lot of choice in terms of liquors and spirits to be honest. Service was pretty lax too, no one was helpful, no one seemed like they wanted to talk to anyone even at the checkout. They have a good wine and beer selection but they could definitely fit more shelves into the massive store and have a better variety

Definately this store should be named "Last Choice". Bought a wine which price is 28 AUD in this store, and went to Liquor Land which is just a few meters away, then figuring out it's only 18 AUD. Feeling deceived and won't come again.

One of your staff members would not accept my coins it's not like they were 5 cent pieces they were mostly gold coins, absolutely lazy and poor customer service. Sorry you don't like money I won't spend any more here thanks

Massive bottle shop with huge range of alcoholic beverages. Always great specials and generally cheaper prices than everywhere else. Parking available in the Kmart but be prepared for it to be busy and full of bad drivers.

Usually understaffed but relatively clean layout. If you know what you want a+ if you need help not the best. Friendly staff but not the greatest product range. Better than the other stores in the local vicinity though

Real good booze, better than Dan's. Last time I picked up a slab of vb and the misses got a bottle of kraken shoulda been a little over a 100 but the checkout chick rounded it down to a hundy, deffos will be back.

Madison was fantastic to deal with Her phone manner was spot on and she really helped with the enquiry and purchase when the product came in. Great staff Plenty of parking and store has a great clean outlay

I liked the layout of the store, great selection of wines,beers,spiritsand mixed drinks. stock was presented well and clearly priced. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I will shop at this store again.

This place is sadly lacking. Now because CHP Management have taken over the shopoing centre, I now steer away. The only reason as to why I was writing here because Google consta toy asked me to.

Need to start storing their craft beer pre chilled!! I'd love to select a couple boutique beers on my way home from work that are ready to drink rather than buying them at room temp.

Massive selection. Good sales and staff members always on hand to help out. Helps to have plenty of parking just outside the store.

So sad of click and collect. Cancelled my order during lockdown. Over 5km restrictions for pickiup. Replied sms, but no response.

It's general consensus of the public that some people refuse to go there. You may feel stalked and feel like a thief.

Always check your receipt, today I was charged $21 for 3 bottles of beer, while 4-pack cost is $19.

This place is more expensive for a large buisness place you would think it would be bit cheaper
