Not the best experience. Ordered via click and collect but no confirmation message was sent that order was ready after 4 days of waiting! Had to call up to check. Told by automated service that wait time was 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes on hold, same automated service advised wait time was still 30 minutes! So opted for the call back service. Once call centre got in touch, turns out order was ready to collect but even though all our details were entered correctly, they had no explanation as to why no message was received to confirm order was ready to pick up. We never have this stress using Dan Murphy's click & collect.

Terrible customer service. Attended today to purchase some wine for my wife's birthday party with my 17 year old son to help me carry the wine to the car. Store staff refused to sell me the wine until my son produces an ID. I am an adult in my 40s buying wine for myself and similarly aged adults. What does this have to do with my son? Absolutely ridiculous. Will never come back to this store again again and will tell everyone to avoid.

Great variety of wines, alcoholic drinks as well as pre-mix drinks. Staff are very courteous and helpful, they go out of their way to ensure that the customer walks out with the right drinks. One staff member who stands out is Alexander, he is very knowledgeable and thus far, everyone of his recommendations has been spot on.

This was one of my best retail experiences during Covid-19. I ordered online and my order was ready for collection super quick. Upon arriving at the store a staff member greeted me and when I gave him my name he pointed at my order I collected and left. It all was as quick and swift as that! I couldn't believe it!

Visited to buy a 4pack Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Gin & Tonic 275mL priced at $26.50. But each bottle priced at $6.50. Doesn't make any sense. Very friendly and helpful staff though. Just make sure you compare prices with other bottle shop to make sure you get the best price. (BWS selling it at $20 for a 4pack)

Would've actually been very happy with my experience but I was denied my order despite the fact I am 21 and my parents were the ones buying the alcohol not me, will not be going back, very unhappy with this place not to mention it is my local so it is extra disappointing

Came for a pick up but would not let me take it because my photo ID was on my phone and not a hard copy. There was no way to speak sense. Then one of the staff went outside to smoke her vape at the entrance. Ended up getting a $25 voucher for the bad service

I have the worst experience with First Choice Liquor Bentleigh today! I spoke with BEN and he was so useless! I made the purchase with click and collect but i could not pick up my items. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH FIRST CHOICE LIQUOR IN BENTLEIGH.

They stop Brown brother's avivo I live in East St Kilda this is a closest store that stocks Brown brother's avivo I bought it at Mentone there's out of stock then Woolworths in Chelsea salad but it just rediculous living in Eastern Kilda

Went there to pick up my "Click & Collect" order... Great parking spaces, literally in front of the door, the shop assistant helped to bring the cartons to the car boot, very helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent range of whiskeys and craft beer, at reasonable prices. Generally have stock of everything I'm after. It can sometimes be a challenge finding parking when it gets busy but patience pays off.

Friendly staff. Ordered click and collect, I asked if they had cold ones but they were all out, but the staff were happy to swap some out for cold ones. Too easy.

Ample parking space beside the store, great variety of all kinds of liquor were there. Well kept and maintained store. The staff was friendly too.

Open til 10pm on Friday night which is handy during near Xmas period to do last minute alcohol gift shopping. Quite competitive price for wine.

First Choice Liquor is a ok bottle shop but the variety and prices aren't the best, definitely not my first choice to get Liquor.
