Liam and Trish, thank you! Tonight you both went above and beyond and it has completely changed our perception of this store. I had a very unsatisfactory experience with one of the staff there a couple of weeks ago, but thought I’d give it another try - and glad that I did. Not only did Liam go and find what we were looking for out the back, but he brought it out to the front on a trolley. Then Trish at the register enquired about our larger purchase and asked if we were preparing for an event. She then explained the refund policy and that if we didn’t use it all, that we could return it if it was in a saleable condition. Top marks for customer service! Thanks!

Staff are always so nice, I have a broken finger and as soon as I walked in a young gentleman asked if he could help, I did no it's OK I'm just after a carton of Guinness, he was like sir just wait here and I'll get it for you, well he not only grabbed the carton he also put it in my car for me. Can't remember his name but such wonderful service and so much cheaper than their competitors with the orange & white logo. I'm happy to drive a 20klm round trip to save over $15 a carton.

Andrew and Trish! First choice’s assets! Supreme customer service is an understatement. In fact you can say you almost know these two as family, they are both so knowledgeable and helpful. When the lines are out the door they still make time to make sure you have got the best deal for your money and let you know the specials. The whole team at Kenmore are brilliant and in my opinion, Kenmore is the best First Choice in Australia.

Two weeks in a row...wrong wine in the wrong selection area..told the manager the staff don't care...she claimed they do..I asked why the same error on two completely different products..she just processed my refund... She also said stocktake completed in the morning...error was never picked up.. BTW....I had to return twice to the store...out of my way on two occasions...typical of Coles....they just don't care!!

The staff are really good, there was a young man who saw me park in a handicapped spot and that I was not walking right, when we got inside he asked what I was looking for, he told me to stay at the register and he went and got it for me then carried it to my car. Great customer service and good prices. They even match prices unlike BWS. Travelled 10k from where I live as BWS wouldn't match prices.

Have traditionally not frequented First Choice (except in emergency), as they don't sell Oettinger Pilsner (Only available through Dan Murphy's & BWS). However, now that First Choice sell Henninger Lager in 500ml cans, they finally have a beer that can compete with Dan's Tingers! (Actually, the Henninger is a little tastier than Tingers, albeit $1-2 more per slab).

This is my "local" and thankfully I've jagged a winner. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The store has a great range of everything - beers - ciders- wines - spirits etc. It's a large store with plenty of room to move around. Plenty of parking. In a nutshell: Top staff, top range, top shop. Recommended!

Friendly staff and helpful too. They bypassed the trolley token system for me as well which is good because I never carry cash. I could really do without the disco experience though. The music is irritating and made me spend less time in the store. The store actually looks great after the refurb.

A good place to find alcoholic drinks. Large range but check online for Dan Murphy's pricing - prices change rapidly and can be very high for no good reason. They will price match however and I've done this often. A good crew there. Be aware that closing time is quite early, even on weekends.

Really good selection of all types of alcoholic beverage. Many choices for white wine, red wine, sparkling wine ( including champagne) and rose. The cool room has a great selection and they have just started stocking Stone & Wood pacific ale.

Staff member (female young and chubby) was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend this awful shop to anyone who wants good customer service. She almost refused to sell to us as well. Incredibly rude and nasty young lady.

Great staff always happy to help and they are always well priced. If you know of someone who is selling what you want cheaper, tell them, they will match their prices. Their best Staff, Trish, Tony, Andrew and I think her name is Kylie

Fairly good range, even found a well priced Beaujolais there. Perfect for a Brisbane Winter Dinner, perhaps a Chicken dish with a Garlic Balsamic Sauteed Mushroom and Onion Sauce! Staff need to be educated on such wines, I think.

Great bottle shop. The selection is broad and the prices are competitive. They have a long opening hours which is unique in Kenmore. If you can't find what you're looking for here it is probably something fairly unique.

Ian at First Choice went out if his way to help us select wines for our sons wedding. The selections and service was excellent. They had all of the drinks ready to go on pick up and helped load up. Highly recommended

Well laid out store and some good bargains! We wanted to get the ingredients for a Negroni and they were all on special and sitting in the aisle! Always some good craft beer on special. Can't go wrong.

Great service, the team will open up a new lane if there's more than 3 customers waiting. Great to see since toowong has been closed from the floods. And I prefer a specific beer only sold by FCL

Always greeted with a smile. Great selection of cold craft beers. Staff member Andrew remembers me every time I go in. He knows his stuff and is always steering me towards the newest releases.

Great variety and value. Staff are always happy and lots of parking. Wheelchair access too. Staff will also carry your purchase if your old or it's too heavy they do it with a smile.

Great range. Almost always the cheapest of those in the area and will price match if you have a current offer to show them from competitors. Helpful staff.

Massive range, great prices and heaps of parking close by. If I ever need bulk liquor or even just a bottle for the night this is my go too.

Its okay, prices can sometimes be a little non competitive, and for their huge size they could have some higher quality products .
