The manager of this floral shop is a lovely woman. She delivered a bouquet herself after her incompetent employee ruined our order. The employee rang up our order twice. My boyfriend has to wait a week to receive a refund from his bank. To make matters worse, my boyfriend paid for roses. We were given a completely different order because the employee did not check if there were roses available. The employee was beyond stupid and indifferent to her job. More competent and conscientious employees need to be hired.

About 22 years ago, I purchased flowers at this little shop in Calgary for the first time. Even though I’ve lived in BC for 10 years in the years since, if I’m giving flowers to others or myself in Calgary, my first call or visit will always be First Class Flowers Calgary! The young girl working at this place needs an attitude adjustment. She refused to wrap the flowers properly. A flower shop employee should be someone who is happy to help customers especially if they are choosing to shop at their flower shop in these times. Lots of business going under and it wouldn't surprise me if this place becomes one of them, all thanks to someone who hates their job and won't even bother to provide basic customer service.

I ordered flower online this morning off of First Class Flowers Website (before they were open) and asked for them to be sent today. I just got a phone call from the recipients who could not say enough for how beautiful their arrangments are. I have purchased some of the most beautiful arrangements here over the years. It has always been the cute little shop on the corner for me and they never dissappoint. Thank you for your wonderful service.

This amazing flower shop has exceptional selection and puts together stunning arrangements. It may look like a little trailer but they are a full service flower shop. I think they are reasonably priced for what you get. It’s not a discount flower place with cheap flowers. They have first class flowers. HINT: you can set up a corporate account to make buying for your business easy.

Went to this flower shop this afternoon after googling “florists near me” and I am glad I did! Beautiful arrangements, great prices and wonderful customer service. I was stunned at how beautiful all of the arrangements were - it was hard to pick just one! The lady was friendly and we had a great conversation while she wrapped my flowers and sent me on my way!

Just a bunch of grocery store bouquets with stems not cut on 45• angle. Staff came across as not knowledgeable and argued with me about how I wanted bouquet wrapped for my long walk home. My recommendation for the staff is to pick up a book on how to make a proper bouquet instead of throwing stems together like a 12 year old.

I usually go to a different flowershop, but I was surprised to see they closed at 5pm. I was desperate for some water pics. I called this store to be sure they had them. Since the lady knew I was coming she had them all ready for me! She was very knowledgeable about any other flower questions. I will go there more often now!

It’s always nice to have people who have been dedicated in the industry and can help you out with any occasion, depending on the season, they have a fantastic selection with prices that are quite fair. And I love the artistic designs that they can make, as well as their flexibility to improvise most beautiful bouquet.

I went there after reading some of the reviews and it did not dissapoint. I picked up a vase arrangement. They had good selection ranging from$35-$150. Independent flowers were also available. didnt really need any help I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Will be using them again.

Family owned flower shop located at a busy intersection of Heritage and Elbow. Good prices and amazing selection. Can do custom orders and can deliver across the city. My go to place whenever I need flowers.

Bought the premium (most expensive option) for delivery. Arrangement of the flower that received is kinda weird and unbalanced in some way. I would say don’t fully trust the pictures whenever buying online.

Closed Friday at 3PM without explanation. Sign says it supposed to be open until 8PM and closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday for a long weekend. Disappointed, we’ll see next time.
