Do Not buy from these guys and do not buy from bloomex.ca. They’re pretty much sister companies. Big SCAM !!! Very irresponsible!!! Horrible experience for me!!! Ordered a combo for Mother’s day which was 10 tulips , a box of chocolate and a card , it supposed to be delivered on Sat but it did not. I was in contact with them through online support, phone calls and emails since Sat evening, at first they told me it was out for delivery and they can’t get a hold of a driver they don’t know what happened… they asked to give them sometime to investigate!! I asked them is it gonna be delivered tomorrow on Sun, mother day? they said no , most likely on Mon, i said ok i don’t want it anymore no point to send flowers after mother’s day!!! Who does that?!!! Asked for full refund, one agent said they charge $25 cancellation fees!!! What??!! Is that a joke?? You supposed to deliver on Sat not Mon and you wanna charge me for your wrong doing?!!! Another agent said they can’t cancel the order at all. And just didn’t want to take responsibility that they couldn’t deliver what they have promised!!! I insisted for full refund they started ignoring me and on Mon they said the order is in transit and will be delivered shortly!!!! Long story short they ignored me for full refund and on Mon they sent 5 Daisy flowers in a terrible condition!! Not even the tulips i ordered !!! I keep calling them , send them an email and no one replies since Mon!!! I opened a dispute with credit card company to get my money back. Again, do not buy anything from these guys and report them as scammers!!!

Do not order from this Company, never! I odered flowers for a friend that lost her father exactly 7 days ago (on Thursday). It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Saturday came and no delivery, instead I received an email informing that the order would be delivered on Tuesday because they were overwelmed with Valentine's day orders. They offered a box of premium chocolates because of their mistake. Not happy with that, I called and was told that the order would be delivered on Sunday (for sure!). Subday came and guess what? No delivery, just another email confirming that it would be delivered on Tuesday. So I called again very upseat and customer service said that I would be fully refounded with no charge and that an email confirming it would be received on Monday. So Monday came and I got an email, not with the refund info, just with a status that the order was on hold, but I was sure that this would be a sign that they was cancelling my order. So Tuesday came and my friend received the flowers.. very ugly, did not look fresh and with a very poor vase on and a cheat box of chocolates, the arrangement fid not look like the one that I ordered online. Tried to contact florist.ca over the phone all the phone, but they were busy, not able to answer my call.. probably because of the delays on Valemtine's day orders, that costumer's did not receive on the scheduled date, right? So.. do not waist you time and money in this website. Very poor service, lots of miscommunication and you'll be very stressed!

My rating is 0/5 !!! Worst customer service. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday for the 14th and paid an extra so that it could be delivered before noon. my friend received the flowers the day after her birthday, in the afternoon, however I called 3 times on the 14th for follow-ups and to make sure that it arrives for the day of the 14th. At every call the agents are of no help, no compassion. When I called back the next day all the agent wanted to do was reimburse me for the extra pay for prompt delivery, but no compensation for the 24 hour delay. When I asked to speak to a manager she replied that it was possible only by email. I therefore wrote a complaint email and received an acknowledgment in which it is indicated that a response within 24 hours will follow. It’s been 4 days and I haven't had any response. I have rarely had such a poor customer experience and I rarely take the time to write a review but this time it's so unpleasant that I wanted to do it. Delivering flowers for a birthday is a very important occasion and respecting the date is essential. The next day, it's no longer her birthday and it's almost ridiculous to deliver flowers, it gives the impression that I was wrong on the date or that I had forgotten !!! don't choose this company it's worth zero

WORST FLORIST AND SERVICE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They will not refund at all even if they make a horrible bouquet! I ordered The pure devotion flowers from the website to be delivered to a family friend whose mother had just passed away. once the box was opened the flowers I had ordered did not match what I had received. I am very disappointed and would like a refund on my order as I had ordered the pure devotion flowers that consisted of roses Delilahs and other flowers and instead of Delilah‘s I was sent Daisy flowers. This bouquet I ordered looks like it came from a grocery store that would’ve cost $10 but I actually paid $70 with the upgrade of a vase that I expected to be blue or clear. Instead of a blue or clear vase I was sent a cheap looking red vase. This to me is considered false advertising how can you show a picture on your website stating that it comes with these flowers and get sent something totally different. In the middle of the bouquet was supposed to be a large blue hydrangea and there was no such thing in sight no focal point to the bouquet that I had ordered. This company is a joke and needs to learn some customer service and how to properly advertise the products they sell!! I wish I could add photos to show how horrible the bouquets are!

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS!!! Please save yourself the money DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I thought I wrote a review, but I guess I did not, so here it goes. I had a friend in Ottawa have a baby and I wanted to send her a beautiful gift basket of different treats for her. I paid $200 for the largest basket that should have had a variety of different foods, cheeses, chocolates, etc. A: They never received my order after my card was charged B: Customer service was the biggest headache, it was easier to pull my own teeth C: They found the order and decided to upgrade for the trouble as the order was now going to be late (even after I paid for same day shipping). D: 3 days later my best friend received the basket and showed me a picture, I was so mortified and embarrassed. All it was was unknown chocolates, waivers, cookies and crackers and more waivers. HOW THE HECK IS THAT A VARIETY!!! I do not wish to give all this junk to a person that just gave birth. I complained, received no reply, no surprise. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND POOREST QUALITY. Worst money spent, and complete waste of time.

BEWARE, THIS IS FRAUDERS !!! This company will deliver you completely different bouquets of wilted flowers on any day convenient for them. This company will ruin your surprise and celebration, spoil the mood of you and your loved ones, make you nervous and cry. They do not respect their customers, do not return money, but they will give a 20% discount for the next order. We ordered two bouquets one day before the birthday, but the bouquets came only after 3 days, and these were small, completely different bouquets than we ordered, with fully wilted flowers. All this time, we tried to get our money back, since the order was not completed on the right day, but they did not answer us, and then they offered a 20% discount on the next order. After 3 days, when we received the dead flowers, we read the reviews and realized that we were deceived. I would be very grateful if someone could tell me where to complain about this company in order to get my money back and protect other buyers. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews right away.

What you see is not what you get. I ordered from Florist.ca but the order was fulfilled by Bloomex. Not sure if they are owned by Bloomex. When you look at the bouquet I received it did not look so bad, however, it looks nothing like what was advertised. I was better off buying flowers from the grocery store. The delivery was for Saturday, it arrived Sunday and 3 days after deliver the flowers were significantly wilted and browning, You would think that a site that goes into detail about the colours and the flowers included would give you something close but everything was off. It wasn't until after my disappointing order that I stumbled on CBC Marketplace's consumer reporting on Bloomex that I realized this is a scam. This company cares nothing about customer service in fact they point to their policy of "substitution of flowers" as a justification for the grossly inaccurate bouquets they advertised. Don't waste your money - either go to a local florist or even the grocery store for better value and quality.

If I could I would give this company 0 stars. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Read the fine print in every detail if you choose to use this company and expect zero resolution if you are in need of customer service. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday that needed to be delivered within a certain window. I even followed up the order with their live chat assistance to confirm delivery details. Long story short.... she did not get the flowers as they were delivered very late and when I followed it up all I got was " as per our policy, we do not guarantee a specific time of delivery" . Unfortunately this policy is not communicated at all. I was able to select and window of time when ordering and then proceed to payment. There was no communication about their inability to deliver the order I made within the timelines I selected / and discussed with their live chat operator. Choose a different company where you can trust you order will be fulfilled .

If I could give zero stars, I would. I selected same day delivery BY NOON fOr $19.95 to gift my friend who is a nurse, on her birthday. At 1pm, still no delivery so I called and a man told me it would be delivered by 8pm. Then I said ummm noo. Then he said, oh sorry, I don't have my glasses on today. I see it's to be delivered to a hospital by 5pm. I argued that my order was to be sooner, as my friend would be finished work by 3pm and would not have selected that delivery option. I was called a liar and told it would arrive by 5pm I asked for customer service and was given an email. It is now 6:30pm and my order status has changed from business to residential (they have decided a hospital is a residence bc they could not make the delivery on time) and sent me an endo just telling me this. I've demanded a refund and will be contacting my credit card company for the fraudulent charge since I have still to receive no flowers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

SCAMMERS!! PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!! If I could give 0 I would ! I looked at reviews right after ordering and felt nevervous so I tried to cancel my order and the policy says that if I put in a cancel request within the first hour of my order that I will be refunded free of charge but no! The customer service guy told me that the policy was a lie I talked to 3 representatives and hot nowhere and I sent multiple emails and the last two flat out just stopped awnsering me when I asked for a manager I have posted screenshots of the conversation! Here is what the policy says ..... For cancellations requested within one (1) hour of placing the order, cancellation is at no charge. For cancellations requested more than one (1) hour after the order is placed a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations for any order that has already been prepared or is already out with the courier for delivery

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. WORST SERVICE EVER. I had placed an order for sympathy flowers Designer Sympathy Collection ll (Deluxe) on Tuesday to be delivered the next day paying an additional $14.99 fee for between 9am and 6pm. I called Thursday at 4PM to ask about past due status and got no information and no update. I ended up asking them to cancel the order and give me back a full refund so I can order from someone who would be able to give me the delivery time. I was assured notes were left on the file and I ended up placing an order with another local florist who did an amazing job! I got no followup like I was assured with a manager to call me and they delivered an arrangement completely different without a vase. This was so embarrassing! Absolutely ridiculous service. This business is a fraud. These pictures are what I ordered and what they had the audacity to send.

I ordered flowers for my mom and have to say I am extremely disappointed. I had asked for them to be delivered on Saturday (before Mother’s Day) and she got them on Friday. The worst part is they are not at all what I ordered. The flowers I ordered were a beautiful bouquet and what I received I could have bought myself at Costco and saved myself over $50. I contacted the company for them to offer me a $20 credit (not a chance I’ll order from them again) Their response to me was as follows: Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. While we understand the importance of having the selected arrangement delivered as described, unfortunately, certain issues may occur in the event of stock fluctuation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I'm so disappointed. I pre-ordered 3 sets of Lavender roses for Mother's Day to be delivered the Saturday. I had put together an event with our local coffee shop to give away a coffee and a rose for all the ladies that came by. I colour co-ordinated tags. What was delivered was a mixture of red and peach roses - not what I ordered. The quality of the roses were lacking. I immediately called and had to leave a message. No one returned my call. I had no choice but to use the flowers that were delivered. I then called on Monday, spoke to a rep who advised me that the manager would call or email me by the next morning and I am still waiting and it's almost a week. The worst customer service I have received in a very long time. I would urge anyone thinking of using this company, not to.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SHOP FOR LOCAL FLOWER SHOPS BECAUSE THIS WAS A SCAM. I had Ordered a bouquet for my grandmother to be delivered on mother's day. It was delivered the day I requested, but that was the only thing done right. The picture of what i ordered was a whole full bouquet with a vase, however, when my grandmother sent me a picture of what she received, I was disappointed and embarrassed. They didn't come with a vase, but instead the stems were wrapped up in a plastic bag. And there were 4 or 5 flowers all the same color (not like how the picture showed), and I was confused as to where the rest of the bouquet i ordered was. Definitely not worth what i paid and I feel like i was scammed. DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES THEY PUT UP BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU SEE.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I had ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day for my significant other. They delivered the flowers two days early, left them outside on the doorstep in -30 C weather and did not notify us that would be sending them two days early. The flowers were a block of ice upon discovery and ruined. And did not include everything in the package I paid for. I emailed the next morning for them to rectify this issue or give refund back. And it took them a month to get back to me. Only to say that they couldn't refund my purchase because it wasn't within three days post delivery. When the email was sent a day before the actual delivery date. Now I'm out over 100$. DO NOT use this company as a flower delivery service.

Absolutely the worst. I ordered a Lindt and Bubbly supersized (both) for my parents 40th anniversary. Got flowers that we’re half dead and looked like it was put together by a 5 year old. The Lindt and Bubbly basket came without either of the 2! It came with dollar store candies and no bubbly. Nearly 200$ for my order that I could’ve picked out of my garden and would’ve been better. Will never order from them again. Contacted by phone to discuss, no answer. Contacted by email, provided photos and was not enough. I am completely embarrassed that this is the quality you are promoting and supporting. False advertising!! Do not supersize anything because it means nothing. And what you order will not be what you receive.

Terrible service, poor quality and a refusal to address an issue or offer a refund. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, to be delivered to her place of work by 12 noon. They still hadn't arrived by 4pm when my wife left work. At 5.25pm the flowers were left with the custodial staff - in a cardboard box. By the next morning they looked terrible. I had paid $20 to have them delivered by lunch time. When I called to complain the customer service agent refused to provide a refund or put me through to a manager. I emailed a complaint and was told the flowers didn't look great because they weren't looked after! They would have been if they were delivered on time! I would never use again or recommend!

Flowers were never delivered. The order is sitting in a fulfillment centre somewhere (Dicom delivery tracking). I called to ask what happened and the customer service rep said he thought I was lying about having the flowers. He said that until I got the wilted flowers back to him, that he wouldn't give me a refund. I mentioned that this was a poorly managed process and his response was that all companies are poorly managed, so I shouldn't complain. I have no idea how this business is still afloat. I feel dumb that I ordered without reading the reviews. Don't be like me folks!! AVOID - look for a local florist in the area you're delivering too and READ THE REVIEWS first. Good luck :)

Unfortunately a terrible experience. I ordered flowers to be delivered and using the chat support feature I moved through the ordering process and was guaranteed there was a section for comments after I hit the pay and send button. Wrong. Upon phoning immediately, no answer, left voicemail, emailing twice to add comments (policy says alterations/cancellations within one hour of placing order are free). No response. 24 hours later they reply saying order sent, no comment added despite me trying to contact them and eventually cancelling within the hour when no response was received by them after 45min. I would not recommend using this company.

For my daughter's special 19th birthday at Acadia University, I decided to order a gourmet chocolate gift basket as a special surprise. When she received it; she figured we had pranked her. If you call tbe number you are prompted by a recording saying that the agents have NO access to information with your order. The online help was no better, saying that they can substitute item. Hello; you failed to provide anything in a gift basket that I paid for!!! All items were random and nothing of which I had ordered. So you don't even get to discuss your order. You can only email. So I did, no response. Poor service! Never again.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Order was placed December 21. When it was not received Dec 23, I was refunded my same day delivery charge and assured the order would be received before xmas. I have followed up with 2 emails requesting a full refund as these were sympathy flowers and the appropriate time for them to be delivered has passed. This morning I was told that the refund would be processed, but i just got another email that my order is "confirmed". Online chat is useless and gives canned messages. Unable to get through on phone number. 2 weeks has now passed and the flowers have not been delivered.

Ordered 2 arrangements and asked to have them combined into one big one. I've had super bad experiences with Bloomex, so I thought this was a different company.... well it's not. On the day of the delivery, I got a Bloomex 'out for delivery' notice. When my sister got her flowers, she said this "I appreciate the gesture, but these are super old and dying" ... what a disappointment for a gift that cost over $100, and one where I tried to avoided a company that has burned me in the past. The flowers were the quality that you would see thrown out by normal flower stores.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Ordered same day delivery flowers on saturday. It's now tuesday and they havent been delivered. Oh but dont worry they charged my card 167 dollars on the Saturday I ordered. Customer service is an absolute joke. They say they are waiting on the delivery service. So I ask who is the delivery service? Oh they dont know that information. They literally robbed me of 167 dollars and I'm going to be disputing the charge with my bank now. Avoid this garbage business at all costs. They are pure crooks.

Placed order. Order never arrived on time. Spoke with customer service. They assured me it would arrive on mothers day. Still did not arrive. Call customer service they assured me it would arrive on the Monday but they failed to provide me a tracking number. Customer service will no longer accept my call. This company is unreliable. please dont put yourself through this joke of a company. Spend the extra $$ to use someone reliable. You will just give yourself endless headaches by using this service. Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered my arrangement on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. It didn't show up until Tuesday. When it did arrive (a sympathy arrangement) the flowers delivered were nowhere close to what was ordered. I was embarrassed with what arrived as you can see in the pictures. It literally looked like the delivery driver stopped along the way and grabbed some wild flowers from a ditch en route to the delivery. I wish I had have read the reviews before considering this place. Avoid at all costs.

The worse customer service I've ever experienced, avoid at all costs!!!! I was attempted to avoid bloomex after they messed up my last order only to find (after placing my recent order) that florist.ca is bloomex. I called customer service and received an email confirmation saying my order would be delivered as planned. It was not. This is the second order I've had that didn't show up. Customer service will no longer respond. You might as well light your money on fire. Now I see why they're being reported to the BBB!

I ordered a funeral arrangement for my Aunts funeral. I even paid for expedited shipping so that it would be at the funeral home before the funeral. I received an email the day of the funeral that they would not be there on time but they would upgrade the arrangement and deliver direct to the families home. 4 days later it still has not been delivered. I am so upset, I even called yesterday and was assured by customer service it would be delivered yesterday by end of day and still nothing. Most unreliable company.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this site! We ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Friday (we even paid extra for the privilege) and it wasn't delivered. I emailed three times and called four times. Still no bouquet (it's now Sunday) and no call or email from 'customer service'. How are these people still in business? Oh yes, because they take people's money and never deliver the goods. The worst. I've already reported them to the BBB. I gave them one star only because it's impossible to give them zero!

Made 2 orders to be delivered on a Saturday before noon, my orders weren't delivered, when I contacted them through chat after their emails kept bouncing back, they informed me that my orders would be delivered in 2 days possibly. Which is unacceptable considering the amount paid for the orders and delivery, if they couldn't fulfill their agreed upon delivery date I would have chosen a different service, so now what was supposed to be a pleasant surprise has been absolutely ruined!!!

We ordered a supersized bouquet of roses and calla lilies and instead it was roses and snapdragons and didn't look supersized by any means. We received confirmation of order 3 days before which would suggest that the order would be met. No notification of change received. Calla Lilies are not the same as a snapdragon. Florist.ca indicated that they would credit me $20 of a $120 order. When I noted the displeasure they have simply not responded nor have I received a credit

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I made the mistake of not checking the google reviews prior to ordering and am deeply regretting that decision. I spent $54 on flowers and delivery which was supposed to be for May 11th. I emailed them that evening after not receiving the flowers and received no response. I called their customer service line repeatedly and received no answer. These people are SCAMMERS. Save your money and buy from a local flower shop.

I ordered from the well in advance for friends birthday as she was alone at home and she never received her flowers . I called 9 times and only got through twice and was assured that “ yes it’s in transit it’ll be there before 8pm” ….. Well it didn’t show up , I can’t get through the phone and their online chat doesn’t work . Lost 45$ !!!!!!!!!! Don’t order there . I also never got my mother’s day flowers that my hubby sent me . Garbage .

I ordered 2 dozen roses for my girlfriend for valentines day. Valentines day was on a monday and the flowers cam in friday. On top of that half the roses were dying or disformed. After trying to contact the company to complain, they tell me to email them and no emails will go through to their provided addresses (4 different addresses were given to me.) I do not recommend this service, they are shady and do not care about their products.

Do not order from them! Ordered a bouquet to be delivered same day, paid extra, they didn't deliver until 2 days later. They had no tracking and had no idea where my order was. When delivered they sent a completely different bouquet that was carnations and roses. I ordered sunflowers!! Customer service is impossible and I am afraid I will be out the money for a much smaller and cheaper bouquet than the larger one I ordered. Ridiculous!

This company i booked flowers from and then Bloomex was my receipt. not sure if it's a spin off. I order $90 flower arrangement 50 Assorted colour bloomed roses and got 3 roses and some dandelions from the grass if you ask me. no card and the vase was not accurate. BUYER BEWARE. And then they wanted to give me a $20 credit to reorder. Now i would have taken it if it was something minor that went wrong but they were 47 short of roses.

SHOP ELSEWHERE ! Florist.ca contacted us on agreed upon delivery date at 1 pm advising they cannot deliver until next day. Order was completed in advance and no delivery issues were previously identified or indicated. Total let down leaving us very disappointed missing a special occasion. Lesson Learned. Read reviews prior to ordering. We’re certainly not the first. Save yourself money, grief and time by ordering elsewhere.

Scam. No flowers delivered; no answer on live chat; the 24 hr free phone contact number didn't answer - a recording just said "goodbye"; the "contact us" email link on the website didn't send an email (it stayed in Drafts so it wasn't clear it wasn't sent) because the link on the site had an extra : added to the address and when this was corrected the email didn't go through anyway because the box was too full. I ordered the Sweet Blossoms Collection for my friend. Although the actual bouquet looked nothing like the website picture, I am still giving it 3 stars since my friend was happy with what she had received as it was still a decent looking bouquet for the price. Also, I had selected the 9am - 5pm delivery option, but it was not delivered until 7pm. Luckily, my friend was still home at that time to receive it.

THE WORSE SERVICE EVER. I PAID FOR AN EARLY DELIVERY YESTERDAY FOR IN BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9am-12pm… WHICH DIDNT HAPPEN. This company is such a joke. Ordered flowers almost a week before valentines day, even paid extra to have them delivered in the morning. They finally arrived the day AFTER valentines day at 5pm, not looking anything like what i had ordered. Customer service was completely useless in helping me and avoiding all questions.

Order placed two days ago for today, paid extra for early delivery - now being told order won't come for another two days and the refuse to refund. I will never EVER use this company and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use them to order flowers.

I ordered the flowers the morning of and selected same-day delivery. However, florist.ca did not deliver on the day of. They haven’t even delivered the flowers and gifts a day later. Awful customer service as well as no one would answer my calls, emails and live chat inquiries. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Paid extra for morning delivery but flowers were delivered in the afternoon. Some of the flowers were dead and smashed looking. The truffles we're just some chocolates picked up from the local grocery store. Overall not worth the cost. You'd do better to get corner store flowers for 1/3 the cost.

Tell me how I pay 81$ for flowers that don’t resemble the photo, are late to come, and almost dead. These were smushed into a box, walmarts 2 for 10$ flowers are better then this. Please never ever should you ever order from here. A waste of time, money, and everything. Horribly disappointed!

Terrible company. The flowers I ordered were pink/white carnations. The flowers that arrived were not remotely close to what was ordered. They were a small mix of yellow flowers. They were left 'upside down' at the recipients door. Very upsetting when you were trying to express sympathy.

Do not use this company. Ordered flowers on may 6, they let you choose your delivery day- I chose May 8, day before mother's day and flowers arriving 1 day after Mother's day. You call Customer service and nothing they can do.
