The level of customer service was beyond my wildest expectation! I don't believe I have ever recieved this level of service in many years, I am so glad I found them. From the first phone call to have my prescriptions moved, everything was handled quickly and efficiently, even recieved a call back to check with me. Great little pharmacy. My endocrinologist referred my wife here for a compound medicine. Positive experience all the way around. The staff is exceptional, the refill of prescriptions is done in a timely manner, and the pick up process has always been quick for us. Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is that they aren't located nearer to where we live. Otherwise, this business is spot on.

Very positive experience - each month I have to get a certain medication that has become increasingly harder to find. Fort Worth Pharmacy took care of me and sourced it from their suppliers. The person I spoke to even called me back to let me know they'd have it for me. Going through a process that becomes more stressful each month, has been made easier by Fort Worth Pharmacy.
