Gave the price and time for the job. Never turned up. I called him, said next day. Waited all day. Called again. Never call back. Very irresponsible. Shouldn't hire him. Thanks very much for your reply, at least you response something. You clearly mentioned over phone price for toilet replacement $150 +GST. And for tap leaks you wanted to see first. And time was set 4pm. But you couldn't make it. Then you sent sms informing you cannot make that day. That means next business day. I kept calling. No answer no sms. You have full right to decline your service but at least you inform us so we can look somewhere else. I sent 3 sms. No reply. Yes you have value of your time so do we. So this is very irresponsible and unprofessional.

Very happy with my Hot Water system replacement, I was offered the replacement for a reasonable price and they were also too attend within 1 hour, they also sent me a confirmation message as they arrived Peter was very friendly and professional, the replacement unit was installed and very tidy and clean. very happy with the service and the final result. highly recommended.

Peter installed some toilet stoppers and a kitchen mixer tap for us and we are extremely impressed with his workmanship and friendly service. He thoroughly inspected the possible causes of the water hammer issue that we were experiencing and was highly knowledgeable in regard to possible solutions.
