Poor customer service. Came across a vehicle I was interested that Mike had in his inventory so I messaged him and he told me to swing by and take a look at it. I came by and they were closed. I called Mike and he had left for the day shortly after telling me to come that day. I came in the next week and took a look at the car when he was around and he took a look at my trade. The next day I came in and Mike let me do a compression test on the car and took it for a drive and after he drove my potential trade. We talked numbers and he said he would get back to me that night and he never did. The next day apx 1 pm I messaged him and no reply. I messaged him at apx 7 the same day and waited until the following day to try messaging him again. All I wanted at that point was a reply back saying he wasn't interested in striking a deal with me. He was a nice guy and all that at first and let me do above and beyond inspecting the car than what I expected, but in the end it was all wasted time when he decided to ignore my messages. I give 2 stars for the fact that he was nice and helpful at the beginning and had no problem answering any questions that I had.

Was in town visiting Arizona and stumbled on a vehicle they were selling, stopped by to test drive it and was greeted by Mike. Real honest, patient and humble man he made me feel super comfortable and I got to test drive the vehicle within 5 minutes of walking in to the shop. He answered any questions I had and I never felt pressured . I came to inquire about the car on a Tuesday and drove off with the car on Thursday back to California. Mike made this purchase effortless and painless, he is really passionate and knowledgeable about what he does which you can see in his work ethic and attitude. I am not normally that individual that buys large purchases, like a car, without seeing and test driving before hand. Mike, with the videos he sent and the answers to the questions that I had, satisfied my over type A personality. He arranged shipping at a very reasonable price and I received my car this morning exactly as it was described. This transaction took place entirely over the phone and was shipped from Phoenix to Utah. All this within a span of a week. Hands down the very best used car experience that I have ever had.

Went in to look at an Evo X and decided to go with an Sti hatch. Happy with the purchase. We are from NAZ and Mike was able to work around our schedule.
