I am sure Garth is a competent plumber given the previous reviews, however, his customer service is shocking. From my initial contact he promised to get back to me, but never did. I called again to verify if he still wanted the work and again he promised to attend, but never did. After waiting for over a week, I appointed somebody else. Glad for him that he is busy, but he should then rather refuse the work and not string people along.

Garth / GPS provided a superb plumbing service. Geyser burst and I contact him at about 7.30 in the morning and my call was taken. He arrived withing the time specified and provided an assessment and verbal quotation which was accepted. Replacement of geyser was done promptly. Workmanship is good and installation executed professionally. I highly recommend.

Garth and his team came out at the last minute on a Friday afternoon to attend to an underground water leak. They were able to find and repair the leak and charged significantly less than the two other companies I had contacted for help, both of whom had let me down. Good old fashioned personal service.

We chatted and sent images via WhatsApp about what I needed done. He's friendly and comes with a second guy so the job was done quickly. Accepts cash and fnb geopayments. There's a call out fee which covers the first hour of work. Worked cleanly. Will definitely call again.

Garth and his team did an amazing job replacing a burst geyser and upgrading pipework in a very awkward and physically demanding location. Very friendly, professional and thorough, and super helpful complying with insurance requirements. Strongly recommended!
