Since the upgrade a few years ago, the station has improved greatly and is now far more accessible for everyone of all abilities, and far easier to cross over the rail tracks to the other side if needed. It has good lift access to all platforms and good lighting and is usually very clean and tidy, parking if coming to the station by car can sometimes be a bit of an issue, as the station itself has fairly limited parking and tends to fill up pretty quickly especially during peak hours and peak season.

Essentially zero parking. This station is skipped by express trains.

Parking is vefy limited and fills up by about 7.00am.
