Having recently moved to the area and feeling persistent fatigue for the past three weeks, I approached Dr. Kelly Ma for a comprehensive health check-up. During our conversation, I mentioned my concerns and expressed a wish to undergo a blood test. While Dr. Ma inquired about my sleep patterns and the onset of my fatigue, and also suggested a breast screen check-up, I was taken aback when the appointment concluded in just 5-7 minutes. To my surprise, basic standard procedures like checking my blood pressure and a general physical examination were omitted. Is this omission of fundamental checks part of the standard procedure for appointments at Get Well Clinic? I am genuinely concerned about the brevity and perceived incompleteness of the consultation, especially given the nature of my symptoms. I would appreciate clarity on this matter. Update: I've just been contacted by the clinic's management. They consulted with Dr. Kelly Ma and informed me that it's not customary to measure heart rate, blood pressure, etc., during a first appointment. I find this surprising, especially since my visit was centered on health concerns and a general check-up. Spending 7-10 minutes with a doctor, at a cost of $75, to simply answer questions without a basic physical examination doesn't feel right to me. Regrettably, I won't be returning to this clinic and cannot recommend it to others

I wouldn't even give this clinic one star if that was an option. My mother was a patient at this clinic for years until she couldn't afford to see a doctor here as they refused to bulkbill her even though she is a disability support pensioner. The doctors at this clinic failed to diagnose diabetes despite blood tests results showing she was diabetic and told her she had emphysema when the report stated 'No emphysema'. She has since changed clinics but had no choice but to pay a fee to have her file moved. Absolutely disgusted in the incompetency of the doctors at this clinic, failing to accurately diagnose her despite testing. I found the reception staff rude and unhelpful.

Wish I had of read all these BAD reviews before booking a appointment. Such Unprofessional, rude reception staff. When booking consultation over phone was told it was bulk billed with my healthcare card and also that I could have a iron infusion at the appointment , I get to clinic and they want $110 and then said I have to book another $110 appointment for my $150 infusion, so what is todays appointment for a donation? When I stated I was told it was bulk billed the reception woman was so rude, I’d never want her on my staff.bad vibes and no manners. Yukky. Money hungry clinic with a rude receptionist and it’s clear reading all these reviews!!!

My family and I have been attending Get Well Clinic for over 6 years now, for a variety of health issues and needs. Whatever doctor we see at the clinic, we have been met with kind attention, great care, and genuine assistance. The reception staff have always been very friendly and helpful, and have often booked us in quickly if one of our children has had an urgent need. Our children are always happy to attend the clinic and have a very positive outlook on doctors, nurses and medical staff because of the great example shown at the Get Well Clinic.

I've been living in Healesville for 20 years, and have been going to the Wellness Clinic since its opening.The doctors are wonderful. I cant fault them however on two occasions the receptionist has intimidated and generally made me shake from head to toe. I'm 62, I have ptsd .I don't need an unkind woman at the desk I need a kind intelligent responsible woman. I'm so sorry BUT MY FAMILY WONT BE BACK until shes gone . With regret. I rang today about my sick 10 month old (following up after an appointment we had on Saturday, she is still sick) and got told I would get a call back when the 'only doctor that was on' was back from their break. I called a further 2 times and was told he would call me when he got a chance but am still waiting. When you ring, their phone message says they are open 9-6 however they must take the phone off the hook at 5. I will not be returning.

Won't be returning, came yesterday for an appointment for my son. They were concerned he had rubella which I'm not immune to. I'm currently pregnant so the doctor wanted me to get bloods done to see if I have it or not as super dangerous to fetus this is the only reason I need to register my details now you want payment for an appointment I didn't actually have and wotn give me my blood test results without payment

Have been using the clinic for years and unfortunately have need help from the clinic and have saved my life lots of times. Have need many of opp's at hospital and the following up and help and trements is the best in the world. Lots of out going trements made possible by the team at the clincl to send me to phiso, chiropractic, water therapy and lots more. Only to happy to give them 10 out of 10

I booked months in advance to see Dr Conway, the appointment was then cancelled last minute and rescheduled for the following week, when I was 15 minutes late after travelling half an hour from work the receptionist was extremely rude and then told me the Doctor couldn't wait and I would need to reschedule. I will not be returning to the clinic and will find another GP.

The online booking system is easy to use and allows me to easily choose an appointment that suits my family without having to wait for the clinic to open the next day. I have always been welcomed with a smile and the Drs and nurses are great dealing with my young children and following up to see how treatment is going.

Fantastic friendly clinic , the doctor's and nurse's are amazing attentive kind and caring . The car park is the only let down but who cares when you have found a amazing doctor's surgery for the whole family ( leave a extra 5 mins early incase you cannot find a park) 5 stars plus!!!

Had a phone appointment booked in but Dr Conway called late and canceled booking. Explained to receptionist that it was important/urgent (cancer) but still refused to speak, despite her being next to receptionist (I could hear her). We’ll go elsewhere in the future

Have been looking for a decent GP since moving to Healesville and Get Well Clinic ticks all the boxes. Friendly receptionists, beautiful location, Dorevitch Pathology next door and great, knowledgeable doctors. Although, I’m yet to meet that famous Mr Otto!

This really is a wonderful Family Doctors Clinic. From the Reception staff to the Nurses to the Doctors, they all make you feel like they truly care about your health and well-being. This Clinic is such a fantastic asset to Healesville and surrounds.

I attended this clinic for maybe 8 years. Recent experience of the GP’s there has forced me to change doctors. If you have complex issues or ASD/ADHD I don’t recommend you attend. They are at best ignorant of this, at worst abusive

The doctors are great but the reseption lady is way to rude I was simple trying to explain my situation and she dished me shewed me off not the kind of woman I would want on my staff disgusting behaviour if ever I’ve seen it

I saw Dr Kelly Ma today at Get Well Clinic. She was very thorough and extremely informative. I would be happy to see Dr Ma again and have no hesitation in recommending her and the Get Well Clinic.

Finally found a practice with excellent doctors and service and then moved to New South Wales. Will never replace these guys especially Dr Bui and Jenny. Miss you guys.

Lovely clinic. Dr Jenny is so thorough and easy to talk to. I feel very grateful for having such a good doctor in the area.

This is a great clinic and we especially appreciate the wonderful care Dr Ali Dabooyeh has given our children recently.
