Unfortunately our experience has been negative with poor workmanship and lack of care. When raised the concerns with the business the owner Justin attended to review and just wanted to make excuses as to why it is like that and unfortunately it’s just a who cares attitude. Would never recommend them to anyone. Just sales people. 18/05/2020 - I wish to take this time to add to my review following a lengthy 12 months since our roof was started. As much as Gold Roofing pledge to make it right, this unfortunately has not been the case for me. After multiple attempts the roof is still in an unsatisfactory condition with parts of the roof not painted. Even after going through Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) to have the works rectified. We are still left with a roof that is incomplete. QBCC issued a directive to rectify the poor quality of work carried out on our roof, yet we still find ourself battling to get it repaired. Now being left with a further bill to get it fix under Queensland Homes and Warranty Insurance. I would strong recommend using anyone else. They are a company that just wants to take your money. Make sure you get 2 or 3 quotes for other companies.

I hired gold roofing for a roof restoration and I was more than happy with the job they did, but quite a few months later I noticed that my solar panels were not producing any electricity back to the grid, so I looked back over a couple of bills and found the same thing, so I checked the meter reading and it hadn't moved since the time that gold roofing were there,so I got the solar company to come out and they issued a report with photos showing the isolator was gunned up with the roof paint and was stuck between on and off, and no energy was getting through, so they got it turned back on and all was well again, I informed Gold roofing of this and supplied the report and photos from the Solar Company, and Gold roofing told me that it's impossible for it to be their fault and that they accept zero responsibility for this, now this has cost me a lot of money and I just wanted some kind of reimbursement for the loss and they refused and kept saying it was not our problem or our fault.

We were looking for someone to paint our roof, and luckily found the GOLD ROOFING website and watched their YouTube videos that explained everything very clearly. When my wife called, Justin responded immediately to our request and Cameron quoted us for the job and set the schedule in a few days. The two guys who did the work were amazing and worked incredibly hard for the whole week, including fixing some other repairs that needed doing to the roof lining. The finished roof looks fantastic so thank you very much Braiden and Jacob for the very high standard - they are the very BEST After finishing the job, they cleaned up everything perfectly and now we have the best roof in the street!!!!!! Thanks again to all you guys, you are highly recommended one million percent to anyone else who has a problem with their roof

Contacted Gold Roofing to inspect our roof after we noticed a moisture spot on the inside ceiling... we also wanted a clean and seal. One of the gents came out the next day and was able to show us what was the root cause of the leak. They were direct with the quote, and were able to fix the problem in no time. Once the problem was fixed, Kang(?) came back to carry out the restoration to the rest of the roof... we couldn't be happier with the result. The new color looks modern and sleek. even better... no more leaks! Cheers

Appointment was booked for 21 October 2020 for 10am. No show. Contacted company who said he was on his way at 10:50am. Received phone call that he didn't even know about the appointment and asked to reschedule to next day and for 9am. Contacted company again when no show to confirm all was ok. Was told yes and he would be here for 10am. It's now 12 and no call or text from anyone. Very disappointing as we had now taken two days off and was looking forward to getting job done as soon as possible. Insert sad face here.

I can’t say enough good things about Gold Roofing and the level of professionalism and expertise displayed from the moment I contacted them. As a Sydney resident, it took quite an effort to organize roof repairs(storm damaged)for our property in Forest Lake, QLD. At a time when most roof repairers were fully booked, Gold Roofing was kind enough to at least look at what needs to be done and take on the job. I was very impressed with the Gold Roofing team. There was no hard sell when the quote was done. They gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. Justin, the project manager, and Sean the on site tradesman were both very responsive to any questions I had during the work. I was kept informed all the way. The finished job looks great.

Cameron was very knowledgeable and helpful at time of quoting. Justin was great explaining to the subbie what was required with our roof. Generally a great job but a little disappointed with the amount of overspray on our gutters. However, overall, very happy with the result. Would use these guys again if the opportunity presented itself.

Andrew and team from Gold Roofing did my roof last year and what a fantastic job they did. I had a water issue from all the rain recently and he came out and checked it thoroughly but it was only condensation.
