After a few visits, as well as visits to other Asian grocery stores in Southbank I have come to the conclusion that this is the worst one here. 1) Over-priced, like I understand city’s rent might be expensive, but it’s more over priced than others. 2)some products are expired & dusty looking 3) Out of stock - very few bottles of alcohol or beverages on the rack 4) The service is so unfriendly! I get so uncomfortable because the cashier there always have this grim attitude - do not go here for unhappy visits. In conclusion, I recommend somewhere else, eg the Korean and Chinese grocery store that’s not far from here - near foodworks.

Do not go here for temporary luggage drop off. They just leave the bags literally right in the middle of the supermarket in front of items so people can just look through your bags and have to move around your bags to get items off shelves.

Whenever I visited and ask the staff for something, they would guide me patiently. They always friendly share recommendations for good foods and drinks to me. Larger product range than before, which good support me in lockdown.

Not friendly, poor range of goods. The cashier didn't say a work during the transaction, not even the price. If you want a grim, soulless transaction shop here.

great selections of wine and food. Different to the standard brands available from wools.good customer service. Glad they are open during the lockdown.

Good product variety. Some of the staff including the owner is not friendly at all though. Don't expect a smile or a greet from them.
