599 was supposed to stop at the stop nearby but didn't and continued straight past it instead stopping at another stop about 100-150m down the road. Considering the bus was already 4 minutes late this made my partner and I just miss our train despite her running her heart out to make it. Although I could've just made it in time I wasn't going to leave without her. The person at the train stations just shrugged it off as well as my comment that I can't afford a car and around 50% of the time the buses & trains don't run on time by saying that if the bus/train isn't running in the morning to take people to work then you should expect it to be late. What a friggin joke. This made me late to my doctors appointment, about the 100th time I've been late somewhere this year due to translinks incompetence. If our public transit system is going to be such a friggin joke can't it at least be free?

Don't park your bike here. Bike racks are across a street, behind a wall so no cameras. Impossible to chain up your bike (only front wheel which is useless) bc of the design of the racks. I parked my bike here once and someone stole a bag off it. Very disappointing.

Very poor accessibility for the less abled bodies.... ( Have to take stairs, no ramps to platforms ) Has only one go card reader for express platform 3/4. Two Go Card readers for Patlforms 1/2. Apart from that. Clean station.

Excellent staff, highly recommend booking a bike box online instead of using the available bike racks due to thievery
