came here in a very quiet time - at most 1 person in the queue for couple of times. 3 staff were there. The lady named Indu told me to wait for 15 mins. (not even asking what i am after). So I did. after 20 mins, I came up to her and she told me to wait for another 5-10 mins and she’ll call me back. but nothing — so I had to go back to her and ask her again. Hesitantly, she started to assist me. In the document their bank provided me, it says there to go to Aus Post or to go to any branch to verify identity. Her first reaction was to send me away to AusPost instead of doing it there, but I resisted reminding her that it can be done in their branch. So hesitantly, again, she did it for me. Since I have everything ready, the total transaction took 5-10 mins. Also I felt that the way I was talked to was rude. There seemed no genuine desire to provide service. Not a good experience. i just hope all the other services would be online so we don’t have to deal with the customer service at the branch anymore

I am very pleased with my experience with CUA Blacktown, specifically with Ms. Shereen Ali. Shereen from CUA Blacktown assisted me with my car loan and she was so helpful. She explained the types of products they have and helped me look at all my options. Shereen is very efficient; she submitted my documents as fast as she could. I was expecting the loan to take up to 5 days to process but my car loan was approved and released within 3 days. Shereen kept me posted by exchanging emails and calls, making sure I am updated and always welcomed any questions. She made sure I understood the terms and conditions of my loan and also helped me get the best rate for my car insurance, home content insurance and private health insurance. Very friendly staff at CUA Blacktown and highly recommended. I definitely will pass on a good word about Shereen and the Blacktown branch to my friends.

Avoid this institution and branch at all cost. Their so called "home loan specialist" HENRY IKE cost me $37k by providing misleading information. Was advised the purchase of an upcoming investment property would be feasible and after purchased was advised loan cannot be approved. Ended up re-financing my home loans to other institutions who provide professional service were able to get me out of the situation I was in. Do not let the low interest rates fool you as this does not make up for the poor professionalism that truly impacts hard working people of their hard working $$. Unfortunately, I wouldn't even give 1 star...

Came in here to deposit a cheque, service was friendly but there’s not enough staff. I feel a little bit sorry for them as they were being overwhelmed and constantly having to apologise for the wait. The line was long and only two staff in the main floor space serving customers. There were empty desks not being manned. When i was waiting in a line at CUA’s Penrith branch, the branch manager herself came out and assisted me which was fantastic service. CUA Blacktown, hire more staff, you need it, especially since you have more foot traffic from being inside a major shopping centre.

Worst bank ever. Staff always new and manager Lilian is the rudest person ever. Branch always closing, told to use the ATM, can’t give a withdrawal, told to deposit at the post office. It goes on and on. I opened an account about a year ago but you could not pay me to continue to bank here.

Bad service, uncaring rude staff openly complaining about working conditions and when they are going on holiday next. Completely Incompetent. Changed banks after going into this store and was treated quite poorly and suspiciously when withdrawing money.

If I could give this bank one quater of a star I would.. I kicking myself because I moved from one of the majors for better service. No service at Great South and staff are lazy and of no help. Keep away from this bank especially Penrith & Blacktown.

Very very poor customer service. Agents do not take ownership, no follow up on request. Have processed my loan application incorrectly and put me on higher interest rate. Genuinely staff does not want to work/assist.

I haveca excellent experience on Blacktown branch, Prianka was very helpful qnd she guide me through all the experience, also the rest of the team was veri amicable and cooperative. Thank guys
