Horrible customer service! One of the very worst I've ever dealt with. Nikki Calton one of the rudest person to ever have to talk to on the phone. Very unprofessional two thumbs down if I could rate without leaving a star I would!!

Got trapped in the neighboring cemetery, they didn’t have a number so we called this place and the man on staff helped us get out. Not planning on needing a funeral home soon, but when I do it will be this place.

During this covid times I was worried my son wasn't going to get the proper good byes but greenwood made it more then possible. Thank u from the bottom of our hearts

We were very pleased with the service. There were a couple of corrections that needed to be made to the obituary on your website but they were made with no problem.

It would have been better if the chapel had been available as many people had to stand for the service. We did not like the offer of a church down the street.
