This place is so rude trying to compare personal experiences with me no sympathy at all no sorry for your loss or anything the funeral director was rushing me bad attitude not a great experience no communication at all I had to call and ask for a service location was not given one but was quick to ask for my money same day my mom passed she FaceTimed me while my mom was in the casket showed me her make up was clumpy the director gave a nasty look while looking at my mom I asked to go for a natural look she also told me she was not touching her hair that I needed to put a wig or hat on her and once letting them know the church my mother attends will buy all flowers and arrangements she had more of an attitude she’s training another guy to become a director and I hope he doesn’t fallow her steps he’s a sweet guy came an picked my up they didn’t send any help so I had to help him he told me multiple times sorry for my loss I had to help carry her body form her room to the living room an out her on the starcher and help load her in the van I also had to cover her body with the blanket was so much going on I just lost my mom an couldn’t function tried to call them after a week from the service they had no record of my mother an asked if I was calling the right place I had to contact another funeral home to try an do a transfer for cremation this place is very unprofessional would never recommend to anyone

Roberts Family Funeral Home is the best! Last year my mom passed away and we found out we had no life insurance because she did not have it long enough and no money for a funeral. Not knowing what to do at this very hard sad time Seth was very helpful and told us about the Tarrant county burial they participate in . We got to actually go pick out my mom's plot in beautiful Azleland Cemetery. After her burial we were able to have a memorial on our own at the gravesite for my mom. On July 26th 2018 my Dad passed away and we used Roberts for him and were able to have an actual funeral that was absolutely beautiful for him. They (Seirra) were once again very caring and helpful in this very sad time in our life. I definitely Recommend Roberts Family Funeral Home!

I fully recommend Roberts Family Funeral home . They did a beautifiul job on my mothers funeral service. And it was super affordable...... They really helped me out in my time of need. My mother hardly had any life insurance and i was so worried that Iwouldn't be able to afford to give her a nice funeral......But with the help of Roberts Family Funeral home i was able to give her a beautiful funeral . and they never once pressured me to purchase high priced things and services that i couldn't afford . I have not had the pleasure of using the services at Robert’s funeral home but a friend has and has stated very good and pleasant things. Like the awesome service , empathy, sincerity and compassion they exhibited to the family. They were very professional and knowledgeable regarding caring for those who were grieving. I cannot begin to explain how amazed I am at the compassion, detail and professionalism of Roberts Family Affordable Funeral Home. They made what I felt like might be an impossible expense actually feel realistic. They went above and beyond and worked with me on so many levels. I highly recommend them and I am so blessed that I found them after calling multiple others that left me feeling defeated. Amazing service. We can't express with Words how satisfied we are with Roberts Family Funeral Home. Monty, our arranger, allowed us to mourn the loss of my grandfather without any stress by facilitating the entire process. The viewing and funeral were very beautifully organized and really exceeded our expectations. We did not have to worry about anything during both services. I want to share a big thank you to the entire staff there.

Absolutely hands down the best staff ever. Super helpful and just made the process of our lost one easier. They have the most affordable pricing would definitely recommend if you find yourself in a situation where you have no idea what to do like I did. The Owners and Staff of Roberts Family Funeral Home were very compassionate, and were so helpful to our family in our recent loss of our loved one. We knew Azleland was the beautiful cemetary they own but until that day came we had not needed any funeral home services. When we needed them it was such a blessing to have Mr. Roberts and his Staff to help us with every detail.

I just want to say this place was horrible! I have never felt so rushed and lied to. We had to constantly keep calling to get updates on what was going on, they never knew the anything, if we didn't ask questions get info we would have never known the status of what was going on and felt that all they wanted was the money. We will NEVER be using there service again.
