I did read the reviews and kinda knew what to expect. However, I didn't expect to wait 5 days for a diagnostic test. Dropped off Monday. Called Wednesday, guy said they had another car up on the machine, give him a day. Call back Friday morning at 9a, he asked to give him a few hours. Called back at 2 for an update. Didn't answer. Called back at 330p. Still didn't answer. Had to send my sister to go see if they pulled the car into the shop. They didn't. I just had her take the keys back. Communication is sorely lacking. I didn't expect my car to be fixed in a day or 2 but I didn't think I'd have to wait for the diagnostic. A part of me feels like they didn't do it b/c he wanted the diagnostic fee upfront, which they don't tell you when you call looking for services. I was hoping to just pay to get it fix from them but I'm certain he didn't even wanna look at it b/c I didn't pay upfront. I probably could've had my car fixed by now if they were upfront and honest and communicate better.

I’m a make a long story short, this guy will work on your car knowing he doesn’t have any idea what he’s doing. Then will work on your car without giving you a quote and make up an excessive outrageous number. The guy told me he’s supposed to charge me 2,000 to put in a distributor(nothing was wrong with mine in the first but I digress) And he put it in wrong! . He is only in it for the money! I would stay far far away from this guy! Also if you’re not listening to me and go here anyway... do not sign any forms before he does the work, I signed a blank receipt form and when I go to pick my car up he puts his price on it without even telling me! Then he half did the work and my car stopped on me blocks away from his shop! Ignition Wires was out of place, lights on my dash, spring bracket not put back on my carburetor and car wouldn’t even start. Straight con artist

I worked with Mark on 2019 SXT charger. He and his team worked effortless to ensure the safety of the vehicle and ensure the work completed meet the expectation. I did wait a little longer than I expected but it was due to parts being ordered and installation. Overall I’m proud of their work and proud I choose to invest in another “Black Owned Business”. It’s not always fun getting your car fixed but Mark was there for all my emotional displacement in regards to to e vehicle. The owner was also very sweet and persistent with ensuring everything was completed prior to me leaving.

Beware of this business his quote not is word not is bond. He told if he quoted it is what it is.He quoted me a price 1,000. Brought my car Thursday didn't finish the car until Wednesday. Told me maybe it will be 250.00 but he wasn't going to don't count on the price. Pick up my car on wednesday.told me 1269.00 the devil is alive not going to argue because needed my car. Paid for my car. Then have nerve to say I qualify for a free car wash. Should say the price. There will be now next time. The owner will get one. Erin the mechanic will receive three stars he did a good job.

Customer service to me was terrible. Took the guy two weeks to order parts to my car. When I finally got my car had to pay for a car wash when it could’ve been done before I got there. Then, the keys to my car was not there and no one communicated that to me. Now I have a car I can’t get into because my keys are lost. Lack of communication is unacceptable. I won’t be retuning with anymore problems with my car.

It's a ok repair shop, I didn't get my truck back in a decent time and wasn't informed until I went up there to try and pick it up, I was told "that's why we didn't call you, cuz it's not ready" after three days of supposedly fixing on it and all I needed was a power steering pump??? I may as well have gotten a engine put in if I knew it would take that long..ijs

Utilized this company for my Buick Enclave and ran into a few issue but they got the job done which was the main thing. If your going to go to this mechanic shop understand they aren’t going to give you your car back incomplete or unsafe. Be patient. I will never again, black owned or not, I left my vehicle to be inspected, mind you I left it overnight, get back the next afternoon and nothing was done, I was told that the mechanic is on his way, I'm thinking damn I made to work before him, needless to say I definitely wasn't going to let them work on my vehicle keep the $59

I asked if they could do a service before i took my car to them , they said yes over the phone i asked again when i got there they said yes so i paid the $89.00 fee for the service , to put my car on a machine. I'm happy to say, that after my first experience with this shop wasn't the best, I was later greeted by the owner who showed great concern for what happened. He happily explained the issue and was more than happy to accommodate us, by resolving the issue quickly, to our approval. Thank you for all your help.

Hadnt been to this auto shop for a while for any repairs but remembered they also washed and detailed cars so I called after sitting in a long line at another car wash and the young man was very courteous and let me know he was available. I went and was in and out with a clean car in no time.

Very unprofessional , gave the owner over 700 hundred dollars of my money just for my car to do the same exact thing that they was suppose to fix , then instead of moving my car to the side of the road they left it in the middle of the street and now I have to get it out the pound .
