I recently lost the backing to one of my diamond ear studs. I went to HP to see if they would have something that would fit (they’re the twist kind of backings) As I walked towards the entrance I pulled my jewelers box out of my purse and accidentally dropped it and the ear stud fell out somewhere right in front of their entrance. I panicked and of course started looking for it right away. I looked and I looked (thank god the mall was not busy). Sadly, no luck. A wonderful lady walking by, suggested I go inside (to HP) and ask for a broom so I can sweep the area. What a GREAT idea. I did just that and I got a very rushed response. “No no, I cannot give you broom…nothing can leave store. Only what you buy”. My heart sank and I was in SHOCK that there was no compassion. I asked for a BROOM, nothing more. I explained I had dropped a very expensive DIAMOND ear stud, but I guess all she could see was my tattoos and thought I would rob her for a broom. Thank god for Charm diamond around the corner. They gave me a broom without hesitation. I found the ear stud in a matter of a few sweeps. Needless to say, I went to Charm, received EXCELLENT customer service, bought a new backing and I treated myself to a beautiful new bracelet. So glad I did not take my business to HP. DO NOT recommend. Heartless people.

Hieu Vo is an amazing and honest craftsman with his craft at repairing jewelry. I had a gold ring that has a gold nugget soldered on top of it and the ring had a few issues. It was a size 9 and I’m now a size 11 and it was cracked in two places, worn for 25 plus years. He said he could easily re-size and fix the cracks, add more gold etc, in about 4 days. But was honest enough to give me a better more longer lasting option and gave me a great deal on a silver ring that was already my size and he could move the nugget over to the new ring and give me a credit on the old ring, ALL WITHIN 2 HOURS!!!! The ring is now way more my taste with the silver and nugget on top. The nugget is perfectly centred and on very securely. You will not regret going to Hieu for ALL your jewelry repairs and sales. I went to Peoples jewellers across the hall to see what they could do prior to visiting hieu and they were reluctant right off the bat but said it would be a few weeks out, $1000 min. It just shows you that Hieu will tackle any of your jewellery repairs, and prices are great. It was an enjoyable and fun experience with Hieu. AMAZING !!!!!!

Excellent time shopping here twice this week! Hieu and another salesman helped me with a silver bracelet to match my chain I bought elsewhere and it was identical! There was a ring that caught my eye, but I wasn’t set on it, they happily put it on hold for me and Hieu sent me very good pics and videos of it. I came back the next day to buy it, and get my bracelet resized, which was done in 30 minutes! Will definitely be back for more in the future! Very good selection, able to custom make anything, very fast service. Best jewellery store I’ve purchased from.

My boyfriend got me a necklace from here and I would say it’s great quality; it also looks great. The only thing I wasn’t so happy about was the set date that it was supposed to be done by was moved and attempted to be moved a third time. We did get the necklace the night we needed it. I just don’t think it’s very professional to have a set date and attempt to move it numerous times. I understand that situations happen but it’s unacceptable to try and move it the third time. Other than that the owner was very kind and was able to accommodate our requests.

Had my rose gold neclace soldered with the gurantee that the color will be matched. It was more expensive that the surrounding jewelry stores but I didn't mind as they assured me the color will be the same. I picked up and they have soldered yellow gold. I voiced out my concern and was told the manager was having personal issues and I will be called, that was a long time ago. No one followed up. They didn't make sure my only request was done as no notes were made during service purchase. They did what they wanted without asking the owner. Don't go here.

Paid them to do some work on my watch took 3 months I was told two weeks then I get the watch back the original work I asked to get done wasn't done and a bunch of mechanism work was done charged me 1000 I asked around average pricing 200 to 400 so not only did my crystal not get replaced but I over paid for something I didn't even want done , their was still water in the mech wich made rust spread further and I had to pay another 650 to have iT fully removed after I paid you 1000 to remove it

The sales lady is very nice, knowledgeable of what they have and what they can do. More than willing to help me select the best ring for me. Went around the other jewellery store in the mall, but this place has unique and several varieties of jewellers. Hieu the owner then provided me discounted rate and free sizing for the ring that my partner gave to me for my birthday. Would totally go back because they can custom make too.

Ive been a collector of custom pieces for many years. Hieu is the most honest price wise and has done the best quality of work of all the jewellers i have dealt with over the last 15 years. Hes a constant professional, and i consider him a friend. These guys will beat any price in Edmonton considerably, I wont go anywhere else, I wont send my friends anywhere else!

Wow can you say patient. I bought my ring jacket from this location and never felt any pressure. I was able to try it on many times, go home think about it and honestly best decision. Got my gold chain fixed here it took longer than i was told it was going to be and they missed a spot. At forst they charged me 60 for two spots but when i asked for the third spot to be fixed on the chain thwy tried charging me another 40 which did not make sense to me.
