Wouldn’t recommend at all First time going in never again I think they cater for older women with short hair No knowledge of hair colour They go from one customer to the next so they don’t concentrate on one customer it’s like a race to get the clients out Too much talking asking personal questions My long hair snapped off It’s not about the money if they did a good job I would’ve paid double Now I have to go through the process of treatments and cuts to have my health hair back Because they damaged and dried out my hair Never again Very unhappy customer After 2 weeks noticed hair falling out ( look like a plucked chicken) multi coloured I bought over $200 worth of hair treatment products to try save my hair I’ve been colouring and having foils in my hair for 25 years never been to a hairdresser like this worst hairdresser indeed don’t recommend at all In my opinion worst hairdresser in NSW

Very bad first time I tried I wanted to do the roots and blow dry and I booked. When I arrived the owner was nice said hallo to me but then a young girl she started to colour my hair she was so rough and I asked her to be gentle anyway she was a bit rude with her attitude then she blows dry my hair and when she finished I touched was still wet and when I told her she said because it’s cold and they changed $75 I don’t mind about money but the way they treated customers. And when I was there another lady was cutting another customer hair after the lady left the hairdresser was talking about her behind her back and I think they do that with every customer.

These ladies are so lovely! They were so busy (as all the good salons are post lockdown) yet that didn’t stop them from making sure their work was impeccable. Charlotte especially was a perfectionist with my foils and toner and I couldn’t be happier. Pricing was very competitive and I’m sure I’ve paid more for less quality elsewhere.

Lovely bunch of ladies. Thank you Charlotte for making my daughter feel so welcome. She absolutely loves her new do. Long beautiful layers that shape her face, not too little girlish but not too old for her. Perfect service. Definately our regular hairdresser from now on. Looking forward to seeing you all in the future. 5 stars

This hair salon is the best in the Blacktown area. Charlotte and Emily do a fantastic job, are so friendly and professional, the salon is always clean and they make sure all their clients are comfortable and taken care of. Great prices and I think it’s great to support a female owned small business. 100% give them a try.

I've been going to this place regularly for past 2 years. Owner is really friendly and staff are very experimental, rest assured you'll have an awesome makeover.. Another add on is the choice of music they play is nothing short of amazing..

What a little ray of Sunshine this Salon is. Walked in and nothing was a problem to them,I told her what I wanted done and let her work her magic,boy was I surprised with the results. Customer Service is well and truly alive .
