While this hairdressers was accommodating to my last minute appointment and the hair dresser was polite I have left feeling and looking horrible. After walking in I was ushered straight into a wash, there was no consultation to discuss what I wanted or what my hair was like. After then sitting down to have my cut done I expressed only having a very small trim and some long face framing. My waist length hair is now half its length ( at least 15 -20cm cut off ), not cut straight at the back, is considerably longer on one side and the face framing is uneven. She then blow dried my hair with an extremely dirty brush that had other people’s hair on it. This was the worst cut I have ever had, and I will have to pay someone else and lose more of hair to have this fixed. So disappointed.

Booked an appointment 2 days in advance. When I got there it was packed and was keep waiting throughout the whole process. There were hair brushes, straighteners and cloths all over the floor which they were then using on customers. They would wash my hair then leave mid way through for 10 mins to deal with another customer. I’m all for supporting small businesses but you guys need to seriously think about improving how you deal with customers and the cleanliness of your salon. Sorry but won’t be going back. Also the Keratin treatment did not work after I waited the 3 days to wash.

Always the best services and experience to have my hair done in Hair By Ash Eastgarden! Lilli is amazing! She did a very very fantastic job with my hair from keratin, balayage, and hair extensions!! Never written a review before but felt I should share.Booked a blow wave for special occasion and told staff member what I wanted after sitting unattended for 15 mins after hair was washed,she disappeared and after another 10 mins was approached by another hairdresser who proceeded to do my in the exact opposite to what I had requested when I asked her if the other girl had spoken to her she said no and that they were very busy.Will never go there again

The staff are very pushy at selling you products (shampoo & conditioner) at the front of the store. If you have kids they will use lines like "Don't you want yhe best for their hair?" Or "Do they do a lot of swimming a lot? The chlorine and salt water is damaging their hair." They tried this on two members of my family on separate visits. While they may have got our one off sale they list our trust and any hope of long term customers.

Hello My experience was amazing and im so very happy to write this review.I had not been to hair salon for a very long time and was somewhat embarrassed, at the state of my hair. I was made to feel welcome and treated with kindness . I feel transformed and im so very happy. I live on the northern beaches but its totally worth the effort to travel. Thankyou to my hairstylist and all the lovely ladies. Im so very grateful!!

Hair By Ash is a wonderful salon, where everyone comes out feeling confident, fresh, and like a new person. The staff and service is one of a kind - always makes me feel welcome. Lily is a personal favourite, constantly does her work with a smile on her face, and gives you the best service and product possible. After getting my hair coloured from red to black yesterday I was wondering during why people were looking at me strange wasn't till I got back to hotel 5hrs later I noticed dye dribbles/smears all around my hairline hadn't been wiped off thoughly. Looked like I had a head band across forehead. I wasn't offered a mirror to check hair before leaving. I wont recommend this salon. Not impressed.

Lily has been cutting and coloring my hair for 8 years. Her skill in both is the best I have seen and experienced at any salon. Both she and all the girls at the salon are so kind and professional even when I developed allergies to certain products they never made me feel like a burden and help adjust to needing new products to accommodate for my allergies

Courteney does my hair all the time and I fall in love with it everytime! She is so talented at what she does and never disappoints I always feel so amazing after walking out from her doing my hair. She cares so much about her clients and really listens to want they want she is also good at coming up with her own colours. Would highly recommend her!

The most rushed keratin treatment ever. Shampoo applied to a quarter of the scalp, ironing finished in ten minutes. The lady who shampooed my hair took fifteen minutes to apply her own makeup thereafter. No leave in period.No visible results in hair. Was charged thirty dollars extra for my ‘ not so short’ hair. Terribly Disappointed.

I wish I could give a negative star. They charged me extra $89 for my keratin treatment saying I have really long and thick hair((still $89???))The staff are so pushy. They will make you buy a large bottle of conditioner Anya shampoo. Left me 3 times hanging while they were washing and blow drying my hair. Never ever would go back.

Had the keratin done yesterday, and i am more than disappointed in the salon. The product has left my hair greasy, dull and actually feels drier and not soft at all, wasn't sectioned off properly, so a lot of inconsistencies. If i had paid the full price and not the Groupon amount i would be demanding my money back.

I'm really disappointed with this experience. I was charged $50 for a one length trim. I was told by the hairdresser that only an inch would come off, but she took off 3 inches in ten minutes total. The cut was uneven, and she left the ten minute haircut three times. This was the main stylist. Do not go here.

Did a keratin treatment which lasted for less than two weeks. They made me buy a leave-on conditioner on the day of the treatment and wanted me to buy a shampoo and another conditioner when I came back to tell them my bad experience with the treatment. The two stars are for the friendly staffs.

Despite having a booking, I was made to wait quite a while and was informed it would be much less of a wait than it actually was. As I waited I realised they had overbooked themselves and were likely going to be running even more late. Disappointed and will not be returning.

I’ve been coming here for years for my colour and keratin and I’m obsessed! This is the best place for keratin. Your hair does feels a bit greasy for a couple days but who cares, after it’s washed out it feels amazing and lasts for months! Thank you guys ❤️❤️

A few years ago this place was great but it’s progressively gone downhill. There are two hairdresser there that are good at what they do but besides them, the older hairdresser lady who just walks around moaning and gossiping about everyone
