I regularly get the hair package at hair colosseum - Campbelltown Mall. Despite paying the same price every time as the advertisement stated all packages, any length, I was told today I would need to pay double the price as I have longer hair, that things were changing though the advertisements still reflected the regular pricing that I was known to pay and the slogan “all packages, any length.” The lady at the desk was very rude and stated how tired she was from work and was not in the mood as I had questioned why this had changed and where was the proof of the new prices as the website and in store reflected the normal packages. I had also just came from a 12 hour shift at work in a hope I could pamper myself. This person at the front desk went to blame her boss and stated he keeps changing things and everyone wants to argue with me. I stated if there was more than one person arguing with her, the customers were not the issue she was as customers had a right to question the massive change in price (for me it was double the price I normally pay) and she was getting paid to reiterate this from her boss to customers. When I asked her to call her boss as I regularly attend this salon and have seen him in the salon (last visit was 1 month ago) before, she refused but said I could call him myself but provided no number for the boss. It seemed to me she just did not want to work as there was only 1 other client in the salon. This is in no way, shape or form the right way to treat customers or provide customer service. I went to another hair colosseum which is owned by the SAME OWNER & the salon was full of clients. I got my usual package as the advertised price and was NOT told I had to pay double with amazing customer service and ladies who you could see work very hard. The boss should reconsider hiring new staff at Hair Colosseum Campbelltown mall that cater to clients in a kind manner and clarify any issues kindly and truthfully.

Very rude services, when u go for concern about something, they behaved very rudely.manager lady is so manners less,she need to learn about how to talk with customers. I had my keratin treatment n after 2 weeks my hair like very dull ,when I go for concern about this,she not gave me proper answers,.I didn't ask about my money back.she is so cheap did arguments about money.i think she need to learn first how to talk with customers then need to rethink about business. I m not recommend this service for anyone.

Had endeavoured the Campbelltown Branch yesterday as I was a delighted customer at the MacArthur branch but was disappointed with the hair colour as the stains are apparent on my temples and forehead. It doesn’t seem professional at all. Also hair colour was not applied on the entire hair which I found a bit strange. I must say that will never visit the Campbelltown branch again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to do so. Though they charge the same as MacArthur square it doesn’t seem to be at par at all.

I am at Colosseum Macarthur Square to give this place another go and I’m so much happier with the service here than the one at Campbelltown Mall, I went there a few months ago and the Manager (Mina) was mean and told off the hairdresser/staff who was doing my hair colour and cut infront of me, naturally my hair didn’t turn out as good and I was not happy and will never go back to Campbelltown Mall, Colosseum. I am against Managers / Bosses who does not take care of their staff! I

If zero stars was an option thats what I’d rate it. They can’t do kids hair even after saying he doesn’t like the clippers to try and help them, they start with the clippers first rather than just snipping it first. Butchered my sons hair as its not even and then charge me $25 for a terrible service this is not acceptable. They then said to come back tomorrow if I didn’t like it, which then they would probably butcher it more and charge me again. Won’t be going back again

Chinese /veitnamese lady is super rude. I went there for hair color . Whenever i asked her questions, she made me feel dumb and she wasn’t replying to anything, only thing she does was making angry faces and rolling her eyes in a strange way . I asked her something about the water temperature and she rolled her eyes and said nothing. She made me feel very embarrassed. She pulled my hair very brutally while blow drying they are still hurting

Dont go here, I was growing my hair out and requested to give me texture and layers while keeping it tidy, she ended up excessively thinning my hair out, cutting hair in the most random places (literally had a patch of hair which was 2 inches long on the top of my scalp) and gave me the most asymmetrical trim you can think of. Had to shave all off weeks later, it was that bad. No passion in their work whatsoever.

I have done nanoplasty. But my hair changed just 20 percent. First , the prices don’t match the advertised ones . But the lady she literally used a small product. For my hair as it’s long but not thick , I told her that you are not applying the product on my ends , she said I am gonna tie up your hair and it gonna reach the ends . But tbh my hairs are still brittle. I paid a good amount for this ??? Shame

I went in with a photo of how i wanted my hair to look. The colour is ok bit the cut is nothing like what i asked for, i did ask several times when i was still there for it to be fix but she did a little more i pulled the photo out she just said you happy. Your hair gets cut the way they want it cut not what you ask for. Wont go back now need to pay someone to cut it the way i asked.

went there the other week to get the money pieces bleached (front pieces of hair) and after 3 hours later i walked out with an ashy blonde that was almost completely blue. no consultation before bleaching and they used a bowl of bleach from another client next to me which is a hygiene risk. when questioning about the colour of my hair all i got was “it will wash out over time”.

asked for something completely different to what i got even though she said it might or might not be able to be done because of the colour of my hair which is fine i said i did not want to walk out of there blonde i wanted brown atleast a light brown and she said it was doable but i walked out of there blonde as blonde. i do not recommend

Terrible experience . Went for a wash and blow dry - lady charged me extra $25 for a “treatment” - her hair washing and blow drying was horrible my felt like straw when I left. Really do not recommend at all. Charged me $70 for a bare basic treatment , disappointed to say the least. I would like my money back or at least half of it .

I met Sara for the first time about 4 months ago since that I used to come here to do my hair color, treatment, style and more, I am happy with her work and dedication. I highly recommend this hair salon, all the staff are friendly and polite. Good customer service, I am sure I you come here you will be happy like me.

Came in very nervous about getting a completely new colour. Addie did my hair perfectly and I am so happy with it and will always be coming to her for my colouring now. She took care of me super well and eased my worries replicating my desired look perfectly.
