A shout out to Cready. She pierced my daughter's ears for her birthday last week. Could not have asked for better service. Cready put my daughter at ease, was a complete perfectionist with placement, and made sure the experience was as painless as possible. My daughter was so so happy with her new earrings, and I would highly recommend Cready to anyone looking to get their ears pierced. Reading the reviews it looks like we might have to try her out as a hair stylist too.

I want to book my appointment for piercing on last Tuesday but lady older lady said no we are fully booked and she said you can book on Friday I said fine I am happy to come on Friday she booked me Friday on 4:30 and on Friday I got a call from the store sorry we are canceling your appointment because we are very busy I said I already have appointment they said yes but unfortunately we are canceling your appointment without giving me any reasons. Very disappointed .

The piercer at harbours Hornsby is awesome. she did a great job on piercing my earlobes today no pain at all ❤️✨. Very professional. Love the way she work and I’m glad I had a nice time at HairHornsby. Can recommend for anyone how wants to have a less painful piercing. Reasonable prices. And has a variety of piercing jewellery. Five stars is not enough! Cready was great with me, very kind and non-judgemental. She is thoughtful and careful enough to listen and not whip through the haircut. Definitely have a wash to experience her fantastic head massage! The salon has a nice range of products. Their prices are very affordable, staff are super friendly and they do awesome piercings too. Went for a color and piercing. Christie was beyond amazing. The color came out better than I expected. She was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to keep my color. Simon did my piercing. He was easy to talk to and it was quick and painless. The positioning and placement was perfect! Great first impression of Hairhouse Hornsby. Can’t wait to go back!

Several times I have gone into the store or called to see if there’s a piercer available to change my dermal over and the piercer is out ‘sick’ so I book an appt for a few days later and every time it gets cancelled as the piercer is still ‘sick’. Twice now I’ve been told that they will contact me when there’s availability and both times I never get contacted.

Katy was so warm and welcoming. She made me feel so great especially with my hair. She knew exactly what i wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. She didn't rush at all even when running late she took her time with me and made sure the end result was perfect. Will definitely be seeing her again. I regret that i didn't get the name of the products she used

I just left after getting my piercing and all I can say is amazing amazing!!!! Simon was the piercer and he gave me a forward helix he relaxed me made me laugh talked to me about it one of the best piercing experiences ever!!! Would definetly go back and absolutely recommend!!!!!!!

Had my nose piercing done here by Simon who was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable. The only downside was the nose stud itself wasn't great and fell out within the first week and I had to get it re-pierced at a tattoo shop which stocked better studs that lock in & don't fall out.

I had a walk-in piercing with Simon today (conch piercing) and could not be more pleased. The procedure was quick and at a very good price compared to other shops ($69 with a titanium upgrade) and Simon was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be returning for future piercings!

Thank you for the pretty hair wave. Quick service when I went in last minute to get a light curl. Very affordable & only a 10 min freshen up. Helpful staff. Walked out with a beautiful GHD wave that stayed in all night & next day. Thank you for a no fuss & uplifting experience.

my experience with this store was amazing! the staff piercing my ear provided me with all the information i needed to understand the risks and benefits behind the piercing as well as extra knowledge which was highly intriguing. I will definitely be going in again in the future

This review is in regards to the colour royal line for toning hair. They dont work! A friend even warned me saying they didnt work for her either but I kept trying. Nope. The colour does not come though enough. Staff in store are lovely and helpful though.

The people working there are awesome. They are always friendly and helpful. I went there to get my daughters hair cut. They did such an amazing job. I highly recommend this place. They have a wide range of products. Will definitely go back.

Got two piercings here the other day. Honestly the best experience I've had while getting a piercing. Simon was super lovely and friendly, would definitely recommend. Other staff were super helpful and very sweet as well!

I didn't get their name but they had a septum and really nice black and copper hair, they helped me pick out the right dye and treatment for my hair, had a great experience and I will return in the future

Came here twice for piercings and had a wonderful experience. Simon was very friendly and allowed me as much time as I needed when I was clearly nervous the first time around. Definitely recommend!
