I would like to strongly warn people from going to this hair salon, it is a BIG rip off! I’m just going to share my experience from today. I wanted a balayage, they quoted me of $350 but that was not in my budget. So I told them instead of balayage, do half head foils from the bottom of my hair. They told me the price was $210 and that it was possible. I was happy with the price so I told them to continue with it. However all they did to my hair was colour the bottom parts with a light brown, washed and dried it. No foils were involved at all. After paying I went home and showed my mum and told her how there were no foils used. She was very confused and tried calling them however they were not picking up so she decided that we should go back. My mum told them that I wanted half head foils but they said that they could not do foils from the bottom of the hair. They did not tell me that they cannot do foils from the bottom of the hair before. We asked why was just colour charged so much, they said it was the “technique” that they used hence the price. We tried saying that we were not told this and we asked for half head foils, if it was not possible they could’ve told us but they would not listen to us and just kept contradicting with us. My mum asked if she could see the pricing list as there was none available for public to see. They were hesitant but opened a book and showed us. One of the workers said “for cut and colour” my mum stopped her and looked at me. I told them that there was no cut in my hair, it was only colour . The worker called the lady that did my hair and asked, she confirmed that there was no cut either. The worker continued to say that half head foils were $210, but we did not get the service which half head foils provide so we asked them about it but they kept repeating themselves saying that their “technique” was used. This kept on going, however there was no outcome of it. No refunds, no nothing. When my mum asked to talk to the managers number or the head office or anyone she could contact, they said they did not know the managers number or the head offices number, they told us to go on the website and look it up. This is what I’m warning you guys about.

I don't usually do reviews but my experience today I had to share one of the best customer service I have ever had anywhere in the customer service industry. ...My hair, long and bleached over years was in very bad shape. Jocelyn totally exceeded my expectations. OMG, all I can say is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! 1. Amazing customer service - my hair was fried and in very poor condition and I went in there thinking I have to cut it all off, instead, she convinced me that it wasn't all that bad and gave me a cut that totally fitted my face. I'm 100% sure that would i have gone somewhere else i wouldn't have turned out so great. if I went somewhere else i would have paid in the hundreds to get a bad job. She was totally honest and respectful and didn't just lie to get more money which I and so very grateful for. Amazing 2. Her technique was impeccable love the new hairstyle. I was apprehensive cutting it off but now I love it, I don't want to go back to long hair. love love love!! You can tell she is very skilled because she made very sure that the cut was perfect and taking the time to do so very thorough Job Amazing 3. The experience as a whole phenomenal. Usually, I leave hairdressers a bit unsure of my look but she listened & understood me and what I wanted and she when over and above to make me feel comfortable. This experience was 3 years ago in 2019 but it came to memory recently and I think it still deserves to be known. I got my septum pierced here while on a trip to Sydney and firstly - it was extremely painful (In comparison, I have had it pierced again recently since then and I have experienced little to no pain) and it was pierced in the COMPLETELY wrong position. I've literally seen cows with better piercing placements. I was only 16 at the time and feel I was in a position of inferiority as the lady let me leave with my septum so low it could touch my nipz, while also heavily bleeding. Please look at these photos. I bled so much for days and I’m lucky I wasn’t seriously hurt. I called up a few days later and Cheezy was nice enough to fix it up for me for free, (please note he DID NOT do the original piecing) however, I did have to travel from Wollongong to Liverpool to get it fixed. I believe that honestly I should’ve been given a refund.

Been purchasing my hair products from this store for over three years and sadly I no longer will be. I cannot flaw the staff on their friendless, they are all lovely, however I can on their expertise. I have fine and curly hair, and everytime I ask their staff for shampoo/conditioner recommendations, they recommend me the worst products. Having just spent over $70 on products that left my hair frizzy, flat and curl-less, I was refused a refund/exchange as the staff member allegedy 'recommended me what I asked for' as the product was for 'damaged hair'. This was in fact one of the things I asked for, although she completely ignored the fact that I also told the staff member that I have curly hair and that I don't want frizz which she admitted these products would not help with (confirming that I was given bad advice). Despite this contradiction I was still refused a refund/exchange. Very disappointing.

I can see the girl training asked the piercer with her twice to assist me finally she stopped counting the till and abruptly asked what I was after like I inconvenienced her. She aggressively started pointing at the ones, didn’t ask me questions, seemed disinterested. No wonder the shop was dead. I just said thank you and walked out. Pays to be nice and helpful towards customers. If you can’t then don’t work facing customers. We all have things going on but don’t take it out on customers for no reason. Management need to look into this otherwise I wouldn’t even leave a review like this.

Had bought a few different products including hair colour and hair gel from the shop in westfield. I then found that my wife had also bought some of the same products and I went back to return 1 item which was duplicated. The lady refused to replace it even though I had the receipt and advised her that I had not even opened the container. The lady was rude and said they dont replace hair products which I found strange. I left the product at the shop and asked her to donate it to someone who needed it more. Very poor and disappointing service and attitude. Thats the last any of our family or friends will be dealing with this mob.

This was my first time going there and I can tell you it will be my last!!! The girl that cut my hair had cut it completely uneven and left sections out when all I wanted was a simple straight blunt cut. When I brought up why it was uneven she just made excuses then made it even worse when I asked if she could blend it better. It seemed as though she just wanted me out of there and that she just wanted it to be a quick job. She could tell I was upset and not pleased but she was only interested in finishing the job and getting my money. I can assure you that I will never be going back there again!

Today I went into HairHouse Ware house in Liverpool, I walked in no appointment and Dina was happy to assist. I showed Dina a picture of what I was after and she was honest straight off the bad and advised me she may not be able to achieve that. I was still happy to get a trim. Dina absolutely nailed it, with nothing but a picture in front of her she done her "best". Iv never walked away from a haircut as happy as I am with Dinas work. I strongly recommend and of the girls at HairHouse Ware house but if Dina is avalible I'd be booking in advance. Awsome job girls keep up the work.

Got my tragus pierced here around 10 days ago - a piercing that you can easily get wrong. Unfortunately, mine was done on a slight angle and was compounded by infection; ended up in the emergency room with swelling in the tragus, cheek and neck. It is a shame, as I followed cleaning protocol. By no means do I have issues with their professionalism or cleanliness but I really needed someone who is 100% precise and unfortunately in this instance, I did not get that. In any event, I would recommend them for regular lobe piercings, as I’ve gotten 3 sets here.

Definitely dissappointed All promises on booking and even written confirmation about pricing and then to bring up the public holiday loading on the day Poorest customer service from the manager of the shop as she thought it ok to dishonour what was originally promised and called it a courtesy advising me of the price hike Rude rude rude especially the manager who has no business skill as a business person. Public holiday or not- the appointment and agreement was made- should be honoured.

At short notice they were able to get me in. The hairdresser was really really good. She was focused and on the detail of exactly what I wanted. Cup of tea was good. The store is such that everyone walking past doesn’t see you at the basin. Parking at the center was easy but it was not a busy day. The stylist gave tips and suggestions on what to do with my hair. They did not try to oversell which I cannot stand. It was a 20% off day so the price was very very competitive. Recommend.

I came here 2 years ago and I was so happy. Not anymore. Your customer service has really gone downhill, I was prepared to spend a fair bit for a piercing, cut and colour but after the way I was received I won’t be coming back here again. To the young lady with dark hair, bangs and piercings who abruptly addressed me just recently, saying you have no fit ins for today…your approach…if you hadn’t cut me off I would’ve asked, can you fit me in this Saturday. Your loss.

Went in to get my fringe straightened up a bit (and connected with my past grow out) hoping to keep it wispy just to walk out with a heavy fringe again. I wanted layers and a soft mullet style (i showed multiple reference photos) just for me to walk out $58 later with really uneven layers on the bob i already had. The hairdresser seemed to understand what i wanted at first but after seeing what i got obviously that was incorrect. Will not be returning.

Vanessa as a hairdresser excels at what she does I recommend her to every single person who ever asked me about my hair. I’ve been seeing Vanessa for the past five years and I’ve never once can I say ever fault her with what she does. Her customer service is exceptional, and her mannerism is profoundly. No words to describe how great she is as a person as well as a hairdresser. I can highly recommend her and where ever Vanessa goes I will follow.

Great place to go to I wasn't to sure if I was comfortable at first but I then realised one of that staff that I had spoken to was really lovely and great customer service coming from her. I got my piercing done by the piercer named Chris he was excellent gentle he knows what he’s doing he run through and explained everything I had needed to know I would definitely recommend going for him. If you can’t manage booking your customers properly and you call that customer twice changing times and then telling them after one week from booking my appointment that you booked them for one hour willing to cancel their appointment from your side , that is absolutely unprofessional, a customer coming for the first time will never think about booking again , you need an urgent review of your booking policy and customer care .

Jaz & Lil did a fantastic job with my hair. I got my hair washed and blow-dried and flat ironed, and I have pretty curly and thick hair. My hair was pin-straight, and the service at the front desk to the hairstylists was so helpful and friendly. I haven't had that experience at a hairdresser before because most hairstylists find my hair quite intimidating. Jaz & Lil? will be my new hairstylists moving forward. Thank you again.

I am very disgusted with the service I received from a guy working the counter he had no visible tattoos or piercings I went in to get new nose jewellery with my friend and he just kept showing us utter disrespect at about 10:30 am today 24/3/18 I have never got shown any direspect from anyone there I got my nose pierced the by Brooklyn the nicest lady ever normally everyone’s nice there so I am very disappointed

The staff were nice but they refused my school card for a piercing. I was told by another piercer that I was lied to and it is not, in fact, the law to have a Medicare when you’re over 16. Ended up getting a different piercing elsewhere where school card is accepted. Don’t know why they lied, they could’ve just told me they weren’t confident in the specific piercing and there would be no trouble.

I went to hairhouse knowing that I need a new shampoo but had no idea about what I should get. I was lucky to talk to lilly about it and her help was amazing she helped me even though I told her that I couldn't buy it straight away. I came the next day and talked to John and he was great as well! Helped me getting the shampo and I'm so thankful! 1000% recommended

Had Demi do my seconds and she was absolutely amazing, I actually love her. She knew exactly what she was doing and was the most accommodating and capable women I’ve ever met and I’ve had a lot of piercings done. I fainted midway and she brought out some lollies and was so kind and understanding. If you ever meet Demi at hairhouse warehouse then you will be blessed!!

Can not fault the products at all this will be my third $270 hair straightener I have bought for family as a gift. I didn’t have change of 30c for a bag and was told sorry it’s 30c. Seriously I just spent $280. Customer service is key guys. So I walked out having to hold it which is not the point. Point is it’s 30c and I spend $280 do the Math

Bought a hair straightener and wanted to exchange it the next day because it didn’t do a good job. The representative was unhelpful and the manager said it cannot be exchanged because it’s was opened. How does one know something if it wasn’t trialed? Worst customer service and there was no policy that dictates this. Please go somewhere else!

Had a hair cut and dye the other day, and was very pleased with the results. I've had so many compliments on my hair the last two days! Ray (Rae?) did my hair, and she was lovely. Other staff were super helpful in picking colour over the day or two before and giving me tips to keep my hair from turning a weird colour when it fades.

House warehouse Liverpool Westfields is back open after fixing some water issues. They have amazing new sales for Black Friday. Rachael helped me out so much and she’s so nice to her team. Worst experience, $300 for a haircut that was super short not what I wanted, pretty much left there with the same colour I started with just a tad lighter! Will not be returning.. Oh and not to mention how rough they are, my scalp felt so sore and bruised afterwards.
