Went in to buy a nice bottle of Scotch or Whiskey for a friend... sat there trying to decide what I wanted for 10 minutes without once being asked if I needed any help despite 4 or 5 staff being in the shop. One of the female staff was loudly complaining about a fellow employee saying that she could not work with him but the manager basically just flogged off her concerns saying it would leave them short staffed if he seperated them. Nice. Ended up choosing a bottle of Double black Johnny walker which promised a free pair of Johnny Walker socks included in the sale. Paid for the bottle, and of course had to ask... what about the free item? Then the guy said ohhh we're out of those and started looking around for a glass or something else he could give me which I thought was fair enough. The original whinging girl then piped up helpfully with 'ONLY WHILE STOCKS LAST'. So their final offer was to give me nothing. Maybe take down the advertisement if you have no stock left? Just a thought.

Waited 5 minutes with beer slab in my hand while the boss who was there on the counter , while he gave instructions how to make a cocktail from Bacardi , ( usually the staff is very good)then when the other staff asks him do u want me to serve the waiting customer his answer” no “comes back to the counter , stretched his hand forward to take the money without saying a word or apologise for keeping me waiting with a beer slab in my hand - was a regular there will never go there can’t be making this arrogant , selfish Buisness owner rich to put us down.we need another bottle shop in cragieburn the one in old cragieburn shopping center is a bit far.

Used to be the place to go but my last 3 visits have each been no service or people that don't and can't be bothered working there. All 3 times I unfortunately have purchased, wasn't greeted, wasn't acknowledged in store (which is algud I like to be left alone) but to not even look at me, say hello or thank me when Im purchasing. Happy to take my money but be miserable doing it. Huge fall from grace since new owners. I used to travel from Beveridge for Harry's

It's so good to finally get a bottleshop/ liquor store in the area (and surrounding for that matter) that not only stocks a fantastic range of alcohol (most importantly craft beer) and not the run of the mill you find everywhere. Beautiful layout, decent pricing and friendly and knowledgable team. I know the store has just opened, but if they can keep it up, this will be a massive win for the area. Cheers.

I have never written a review but felt I had to this time. Honestly have the best experience coming in here everytime. All the staff are really helpful, but big shout out to Matt, he knows his stuff. We enjoy going in for his tastings and bought anything he recommends and which never disapoints. It's great to have a bottleo to receive loud g'day and you don't have to walk through a shopping centre for.

New liquor shop in the area. Excellent customer service! The lovely lady who helped me today was just amazing. Unfortunately I forgot to get her name but she went above and beyond in helping me find the right product. It is my first time making a martini and she gave me great tips! Thank you again!

Worthless customer service. Waited for 10 mnts to allow them to serve a customer. Once my number comes, suddenly the owner of the shop asked to save the same customer again quite at my face. Looks like this owner does not realize he is in Australia now.

One of the best bottle shops I've been to. Has a huge selection of alcohol. Even has a tasting bar which the manager is more than happy to serve you a sample of a variety of wines and spirits.

Excellent selection of spirits and wine, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Has a welcoming atmosphere and we will definitely be going here before going anywhere else when we need drinks.
