I’ve been doing business with Hatimi for a few months now and based on the business I’ve done with them so far, I’ll be doing business with them for a lot longer as they are a pleasure to do business with. I deal with Quraish and nothing is too much trouble for him. When I want something, I just call Quraish and next thing I know its being delivered. If its not in stock, he tells me exactly when I’ll be getting it and so far, he’s been spot on. I live on the Sunshine Coast and its worth my while getting a lot of my hardware from them as it takes one phone call, and I’ve got it a couple of days later.

I came across Hatimi Hardware by pure accident. I was looking for Troforte M and Hatimi Hardware is the only one closest to where I live (which is a bit of a track actually) that carries this amazing product. I was pleasantly surprised at this tiny set up with a great variety of products that Bunnings, Mitre 10 don’t carry. I found Troforte M, Searles products, and many more which I cannot find easily. Best of all, the people working there are well informed, super helpful, super polite and super patient - they should win an award for customer service.

It is really nice to have a local hardware store. The staff at Hatimi are really friendly and helpful. They pretty much give other enourmous hardwares a run for their money by carrying just about everything just not racks and racks of it, just good quality simple choices. Go LOCO I say! Support community business's if you can. Another point to make is that the car park is not as CRAZY as other larger hardware stores AND you can pick up some apples at the local grocer next door.

Experience a family run business with experienced and knowledgeable staff who can supply you with just about any product. Staff are happy to assist with advice on just about any project. Good variety and good prices, ability to order hard to get products as well, easy parking and no ridiculous crowds like the bigger chain hardware stores! Will return! Support local businesses!

Basic hardware, not predominant location. Could do with better location or investment in advertising & stock appraisal. Hardware is competitive, but the need for independent hardware is still wanted. I know where I would rather shop. It is not a bulk hardware store the size of a shopping block. Independent can still be price competitive with a little investigation.

Slightly more expensive than Bunnings Ashfield, of course, but infinitely more convenient being next to Marketplace mall. 3/3 times I have visited here I have gotten helpful assistance from the staff. If you just want to grab something quick, this is the smarter choice than battling the traffic to get to Bunnings.

Bogus reviews,they literally have nothing competitive outside once a year mom and dad needs like 3m stuff or undercoat,never say hello first just stare,stand next to you blank if you reply no thanks to not needing help,if it was once or twice fair enough but multiple times over multiple years,no thanks.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Far more personable experience than Bunnings. Neighbourhood feel. A couple dollar more than Bunnings as can’t compete on volume, but I think it’s worth supporting the small local business. They appreciate their customers more and are more knowledgeable.

Hatimi Hardware in Leichhardt is a marvellous place. Kureish and his family and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and VERY helpful.. I prefer this so much to Bunnings - i go there whenever I need help, tools, gardening stuff or any hardware. And I've been doing this for 20 years!

A local neighbourhood store. Very friendly and welcome, though of course the prices are higher than Bunnings. The staff is knowledgable. I bought a pipe and asked to help me cut it, they lent me the pipe cutter in store and also taught me how to use it. Thank you!

Super helpful and good advice I called through to enquire about a product and when we turned up the staff were really knowledgeable and helpful in giving us information about using the product in different ways. Will definitely come back.

Mr Hatimi’s Hardware Store is an absolute life saver for weekend DIY, home improvements and gardening projects; Easy access, plenty of parking, very knowledgeable and friendly. A great local family owned and run business.

Lovely little shop that is a small sized hardware store with almost all you may need, including key cutting at the cheapest price. The owner is most polite and helpful. I've always enjoyed going there for my needs.

Great service. All the main products you need are stocked. Small shop and love the laid back atmosphere...but the best thing is you don't feel swamped by people in every aisle like you do at Bunnings.

These guys are always helpful and friendly. Their prices are competitive as well. Sometimes they don't have the range of larger retailers but they've normally got what you need.
