I discovered this place a little while ago and this has been my go to place for any treatment or hairdo. Today, I travelled over 600kms to get my bridal facial done from Neetu and team and it was worth every Mile I travelled. The staff is so professional and so kind, they really do go above and beyond to take care of you and to provide you the best service possible. I have always been a huge fan of their work but today they made me feel like a queen. They offer a variety of treatments and are so willing to help you with anything that you bring up. I highly recommend this place and will always keep coming hair. Thank you guys ❤️

I have been using Herbal Beauty clinics for over 5 years now and every visit is an amazing experience. Neetu and team are passionate about their work, they take pride in what they do. The most important thing for me is that they don't operate as most parlours who on a commercial level just need to get customers in and out, they look after each client in detail and that’s core. From threading, facials, hair colour, styling, makeup to massagers I have never had any issues and have always been looked after really well. I went to do hair regrowth done to this place. Prices are very reasonable but one lady put hair dye to my hair and ask me to wait 45 minutes, after 50 minutes later another lady ask me to come to the washing place , I was shock to see the lady who came to wash my hair was wearing a towel only. she rushed and massage hair with out washing the dye off ,hair dye and soap filled my both ears. I was worried and told her about it. But she did not wash the hair properly. My scalp felt very itchy after . Also my both ears are painful and burning feeling even after I came home. Please treat customers carefully.

Last year I came here for a Brazilian and the experience really traumatised me. While waxing the lady went over the exact same area about 10 times which absolutely hurt like hell. I then went home in pain and had to go to the shops to buy aloe vera gel. My skin was extremely red and inflamed and had a burning feeling for ages. This took about 2 weeks to heal. Absolutely do not recommend this place for a Brazilian at all.

I have been attending Herbal Beauty Clinic since they opened up in Dean Park. The owner Nitu is amazing and all staff are incredibly friendly. Confirming I have received alot of the services here and always an amazing result. I attend every fortnight to have my hair braided and throughout the week receive nothing much compliments on how they look. Strongly recommend their services to anyone who will ask.

If you are looking for reviews and then try a different or a new place, like I did, this is a definite place to try and give it a go. All the staff were extremely polite. Amina especially did an amazing job with giving a new look (a different style haircut). She listened very patiently to what I preferred and shared her experience and I love my new hair style. I used Herbal Beauty Clinic for a haircut which was long over due (>1 year). The staff were friendly and took me in at my booked time. The place was clean and abiding by current covid requirements. The lady who performed the cut was warm, professional and skilled at her job. I love my cut and am very keen to try out the other services offered. Especially the head massage that everyone is raving about.

I have been shopping around for a good hair dresser…. And I’m so grateful that I have found one… I came out feeling so relaxed and for once did not have any concerns with my hair colour…. Loved the customer service and the warm feeling of the salon and staff… I would recommend all services 100 times over!!! ❤️

affordable and great customer service. first time being here and my hair feels amazing had a wash and cut/blow dry and my eyebrows done. definitely wish I found this place sooner. my hair looks amazing and im fussy with eyebrows but they perfected them. they are so friendly and nice here to.

Its a best place to pamper urself. I have been using their service for last 10 years and I am very happy with the way they help their customers. Recently I have started the laser treatment and I have got the best results and I really appreciate the team for always looking after me.

Herbal Beauty Clinic is the go-to place for hair and beauty in the Dean Park/ Glendenning area. I’m so glad I found this place. They don’t see my super thick hair as a challenge and they leave my hair looking fabulous! I highly recommend and will be back soon!!

Behaved unprofessionally even though the staff claimed they have 15 years of experience. If a client discusses the issue while the service is on, leaving it unfinished and saying “you just go somewhere else and don’t try to teach me” is highly unacceptable.

The only hair salon that I trust with my hair related needs. I’m very particular about what I like/need and this service really understands what I like. Friendly staff, more like friends! Highly recommended
