One of the worst bank i ever see.Highly not recommend this heritage bank where you can not acces your money and you can not use more than 1000$ even you have one hundred thousand dollars in your accounts.They do not care about customers.They just after profits.Please do not use this bank because i have worst experience ever.

I Have always had above and beyond customer service from Skie and the team at Heritage Bank Castle Hill when I’ve had questions and is a much better experience with Heritage Bank than it is dealing with the bigger banks in the mortgage department specifically.

Have just organised my third home loan with Heritage and again the experience was first rate. Deepak Gyawali and the team are very professional with a nice touch of old style customer service. Highly recommend.

Worst bank ever the bankers are clueless and have no knowledge Anna Campbell shouldn't work there. They have no interest in getting,respecting and keeping a customer. What a shame

Heritage have good old fashioned service. Competitive Interest Rates. And I am glad they have a branch at Castle Towers, close to home.
