Bought Groupon for TRIPLE APPLICATION TEETH WHITENING: Horrible. Not even worth a star. Very deceitful. My partner and i had a 2pm appointment and was told we can come earlier. We said we’ll make our way but we couldn’t get there earlier because of traffic and just get there on our appt time she said it is ok. We got there at 1:47pm but she said we are late?! I bought the 2 session triple application but only received one application. When i asked her, she said it is ‘triple light’ used. Absolutely BS since the ad said ‘triple application’ NOT ‘triple light.’ Also, the mouthpiece used is very cheap and painful. They leave you there in the room on your own and in the entire session only checks in at the start and close to end of session. They don’t check if the light is still directed on your teeth correctly or if you are comfortable and if you have pain etc. They do not check what shade your teeth is to start with so you can see if it worked after. No after care instructions as well. DO NOT COME HERE. Absolute waste of time. I still have a 30min session but will just leave it as it is NOT worth the travel and time. Absolute liars and sloppy job even with the application.

I have enjoyed my two visits to Hi Beauty. The ladies are very nice and I'm happy with the teeth whitening. I had the aqua peel facial today and it was very good. The only negative I would say is the lady who completed my facial decided to shave my eyebrows without asking me if I was ok with it. I didn't realise what was happening until it was too late. I have a very sensitive eye area and now the skin is very itchy and irritated. I was booked in to get this done tomorrow at my usual spot but now my eyebrows look very thin which I don't like. I don't want to seem ungrateful but I think it would be better to ask first ❤️ If this is the normal procedure I did not realise.

I came to this salon the first time 4 weeks ago with a lady who handled me with average customer service. Had bit of sting on my upper lip and pits because she didn't put much gel before, I think she's rushing. But earlier today, I had a pleasant experience with the lady who did mine. She was so nice and careful not to really inconvenience me. The owner and her gave me special offer to do more sessions with discounted price. I purchased again because I received good customer service earlier today! I am hoping to achieve the results I wanted with them. Let's see!

I would recommend Hi Beauty Skin Care salon, I was a customer since their grand open back in February 2020, I received excellent service from them including skin treatment and massage. I found all my sessions so relaxing and worked as a treat. If there is any question they can always resolve it for me. The owner is responsible, the salon had to shut down for all the lockdowns, when they reopen they always preformed deep cleaning before receiving any customer.

Nina and the ladies who work here are so beautiful. I've been getting laser done here, and its been working so well. I've noticed how much less hair is coming through every time I shave. Ive still got a few more sessions to go, but im really happy with the way its gone so far. I love the service here, everyone is so friendly and beautiful. Highly recommend this salon.

I have been receiving facial and other beauty services from this store since last year, I am so happy that it has survived from lock down. The staff are always kind and professional, the experience has been great all the time. I always felt relaxed and refreshed after the appointments there. Highly recommend it to all the others in this area, definitely worth a try.

I bought hair removal package from hi beauty and got my 1st treatment for legs hair removal and i got my hair back in next two days because i have applied rasor on my legs. Its not my first session i had taken few from different clinic but never see this kind of result. When you call them no one is going to listen your problem

What is wrong with me that I love coming to this place? Maybe because this team are just the best - so professional, caring, kind, and do just what I need done with no pushy extra stuff. I just did TRIPLE APPLICATION TEETH WHITENING today. I bought groupon and I was very satisfied with their customer service. Only $49, super worthy. Although it cannot compare with $499 in dental clinic. But it really surprised me . I love it and i will definitely come back to do it again.
