I am 6 year older client of my skin care laser watergarden and paying almost full body laser from few years. Never had any issue with staff but I can't help to write my feedback about my today's experience. The girl who was doing laser on my body she was really rude. Her name is sandy so plesee if you booked with her tell them you don't want her service otherwise it wil be waste of your session and money for that time. Adding to it. She do not have any manners. She started laser on my body and didn't not even asked if the heat is bearbale for me or not..I was so uncomfortable and in high burning heat on my sensitive and private parts and I was making the noises when heat was extremely burning me still she did not say or ask anything and kept going until I tell her to reduce the heat.i asked her did she know which heat level was previously used on me? Another bad attitude was she done so quickly and did not even speak the single word entirely otherwise I love to talk with staff to divert my mind from heat and from being bored. I tried to make conversation but she still was in hurry to finished up Shocking point came when she gave me gel in my hand and didn't apply and went out from room without saying any word Then I was trying to book another appointment for another 6 weeks which I always on for 6 weeks..straight she said no i cant book for 6 weeks I had to book in 4 books then my tolerance level went on hight and I said no I want to book on 6 week as thats my choice then she understood a bit and was changing her behaviour. So please if you ever booked with her change in advance for sure you guys will regret for that session Her name is sandy

I had the same experience as Ana when i tried to reschedule an apointment which is not till tomorrow evening. Considering i just arrived from overseas this morning and the fact that the only reason i asked to reschedule was because i got a little tanned, the clinic should have been accommodating. Instead the lady on the phone was purely rude and kept threatening me with the cancellation policy. I was told that i would be forfeiting all of my sessions that were booked in for tomorrow - which amounts to almost $200 worth. Are you telling me you charge people $200 in rescheduling fees when most places would keep a $50 penalty. I have been a regular at this clinic for over 4 years now in spite of living in the city and this being out of my way when i could go to the one in malvern. Having spent almost $5000 for me and my sister i would expect there to be better customer service for regulars. The staff should also realise that i wasn't rescheduling just for the heck of it - my treatment would not have been effective with a tan and they would have asked me to go home anyway without treating the skin. When asked to speak to the manager, the lady over the phone said that the manager is really busy and will call you back when she gets time over the next few days - seriously, what the hell? I have usually had good experiences here but this instance makes me rethink whether i really want to be spending my money at a place where the staff are rude.

I had my laser treatment done 2 weeks ago (9 August) with the therapist Jade. I was in shock during and after the treatment. The therapist had a really unpleasant attitude and my treatment was extremely painful. Although I told the therapist that it was really painful during the treatment, she told me that it was nearly over and kept going. The therapist was very rough the whole time. Even when I told her that I was concerned about my next treatment being as painful she just reacted like I was being difficult. I bought many laser packages with myskinlaser and never had such a bad experience before. I sent a complaint email to myskinlaser and no one got back to me or acknowledged receipt of the complaint. Very disappointing

5 stars purely due to the fact that they have a great procedure where they leave the room and give you privacy to get ready for your treatment. Other clinics I have been to stand there (in the same room) and watch you undress and get ready...I've come back to give a great rating purely because I've now been to 3 other clinics now where I've felt super uncomfortable. I had my first ever laser hair removal here in 2016, 12 sessions over a year and after the 12 sessions I basically have 5-10% of the hair I originally had and only need to shave every 2-4 months now after 2 years. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to my skin laser clinic for the past 3 months and go once every 4 weeks to laser my face. Compared to the other clinic that I use to go to I am seeing better results ever since coming here, the products I have been given have been helpful, especially the exfoliator detox scrub which I highly recommend if you want your face to feel nice and smooth. The staff are lovely, friendly and take care of you. They even have conversations you while your getting your laser done which is also nice.Defninetly have a visit to the place if your are interested in getting laser treatment.

Firstly, if you book in with a certain therapist you’re most likely going to get someone else because staff turnover is so high. Secondly, don't buy the the packages because they expire after 12-18 months which wasn't clarified by any of the staff members at the time of purchase. My last session expired although I was advised to wait 3-4 months before getting treated to let my hair grow back so I wasn't able to complete my sessions in the amount of time of the expiry date. I had told staff this and they were extremely rude about the situation and didn't want to help.

Marie-Louise at the Water Gardens clinic is fantastic ! I am so happy with my microneedeling result, she is knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, listen to you and suggest options. She knows exactly what work best on my skin. Thanks so much Marie-Louise my skin feels-looks amazing definitely will come back. Highly recommend her BUT I will suggest the music can be better !! is not the best is stressful, annoying , heavy rap style, very unappropriated and kill the nice atmosphere Approximate cost: $190

I haven’t felt confident in my skin and body for a while until I met Aimee at MySkin. She originally treated me for laser hair removal, which she was extremely thorough and careful about, I then expressed my concerns about wanting to better my skin. She made me feel super comfortable and addressed my concerns by sharing her extensive knowledge whilst showing so much care and attention to detail. Aimee is now my go-to person for all things beauty related and I couldn’t be more happy with her service.

I have had many laser sessions over the past but today I met Sue and had the BEST laser experience at MySkin Laser so far! She did a fantastic job! She doesn't do a quick rushed job like a lot of others do and is very polite, very professional and experienced - and knows what she's doing. I highly recommend Sue. I would also like to say that the lady at the front counter Pamela was also very polite, professional and welcoming when I came into the clinic. Thank you again for the great service Sue.

I always have such a plesent experience at MySkin Watergardens. The staff are always very helpful at giving the right information to me. Always tell me tips on making the treatment more effective. They are very nice. I always have really good results after my laser and facial treatments. That what makes me keep coming back again because I always see fantastic results. I have done a lot of facial treatments. I love how staff actually spend time on my skin and not rush to give me the best results.

Been a client of the watergardens my skin laser for several years, I was very unhappy when I first started my laser there, but as I returned last year for maintenance I am very happy with the staff and the service I am getting, I'm finally seeing results. I've been getting laser done at MySkin for years! For the last 6 months, the beautiful Danielle has been providing my service and she is INCREDIBLE!! Very attentive, always making me feel extremely comfortable and will always advise me with the best action plan moving forward. She cares about my results and that leaves a lasting impression. This has led to me referring my sister and my mum to join the party and now they receive their laser services there too!

The Watergardens clinic is full of wonderful caring and skilful skin therapists. I’ve been coming here for over ten years and can confirm that the laser and skin results have done wonders for me. Aimee is always honest in advising which skin treatment would benefit my skin type and takes the time in ensuring I’m happy with the treatment provided. Kobra and Lena are always willing and able to assist me as well. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

I had a laser appointment with Marie Louise this morning, it was my first ever session and I wasn’t sure what to expect and I am naturally anxious but she made me feel so comfortable and she was very professional whilst being able to chat to me and keep my mind off the procedure which made the experience really relaxing, whilst constantly checking in to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend her and the clinic what a great experience!

I used to get my laser done by Pamela at the Northcote store and I was so happy with her I followed her to Taylors Lakes. Not only is she very perfessional, but she takes the time to understand my needs and what results I want to achieve. Best experience with a lady named Anna at the Taylor lakes store. She wasn’t pushy with anything, just simply catered to my wants without any pressure. And had the best treatment for my sensitive skin. Ended up leaving with more than just a treatment with lots of skin products. Left the store really happy and will come again for Anna’s amazing customer service! She’s brilliant and is a great asset to the company!

I've been to two different Skin Laser Clinics and haven't had the best experiences. I felt very comfortable with Sue as I get anxiety when someone sees me without a shirt on and talks to me about my body/skin/hair. She was very professional and talked me through the procedure which helped overcome my anxiety. I have monthly appointments with her and highly recommend her services. Thank you Sue.

Customer service NIL.Does not listen or want to about a complaint, found the manager very rude & Quiet nasty.Once you have something done & there's a concern you want to discuss she acts like it's not Her problem while l was on the phone with her she actually said l have been on the phone with you for 5 minutes & havn't the time to listen to you. No people skills at all.They need a new manager.

Bought some laser sessions on a cheaper deal but will never again. They burnt my skin, clearly lacking competency. The staff are rude, unprofessional & NEVER EVER return phone calls, even after you leave voice messages. They also never answer emails & their excuse for this bad service is that they are "busy". If you're busy, work harder to maintain proper customer service & professionalism.

Have been coming to this clinic for years and always received great service. My last couple of treatments have been with KUBRA who has been fantastic in making me feel comfortable and with the service provided. she did my face laser and that was the best experience I ever had, She didn't rush and made sure that she didn't miss any part of my face. She is fantastic! I highly recommend her.

The ladies here are wonderful with great assistance. They go above and beyond for each client. I would like to particularly mention Danielle. She has been my go to girl when it comes to laser. She makes me feel so comfortable in every session and would always ask about the progression with my results. She pays attention to detail and makes sure you're getting the best results.

Have to say , although i had a couple of tries ,and crows feet still show, i am going to try botox next ,then the other stuff they used, although i wasn't happy with the results of the product used , i am very happy with the customer service , and their understanding , NO ONE has ever been rude to me and i have dealt with a few of them , they are caring and very informative.

The clinic itself can be a little hit and miss at times. Allthough there is one therapist that has allways gone up and beyond, Anna, She is by far the most professional and knowledgeable at what she does. She is allways helpful and gives professional advice, she is an absolute superstar! We need more Anna’s at the watergardens clinic!

I always receive such wonderful service here, no matter who the staff member is. They are always very professional and friendly. The rooms are also very clean and set at a comfortable temperature.

The laser treatments are okay. Staff don't seem very well trained, and never able to get an appointment which is a waste of money if you buy bulk sessions. Definitely don't cater for busy people.
