My experiences at this location can be summed up in a particular visit. My brother and I were shopping for supplies to make fondue. We'd been to several stores looking for kirsch with no luck. I wasn't too hopeful, but suggested we try this Highlander location near his house anyway. After taking a quick walk down the aisles, an employee asked if she could help and we said we were looking for kirsch. Off the top of her head, she knew they were sold out of one brand but had small bottles of another near the front of the store — problem solved. The staff here are very knowledgable, the selection, while not huge, is still impressive and the beer cooler is large and well-stocked. A great spot to shop for beer, wine and spirits.

I’ve been going to this store 3 days a week for over a year now to pick up a few beers. I just got asked for ID for the 1st time since I’ve started going there, they said they ask for ID if you look like you’re under 30. Well they obviously weren’t doing their job the 1st 100 times I went there. Especially when they can see in their system all my purchases because I’m a points member. The lady was just power tripping. Also way overpriced, I usually get a 15 pack of steam whistle cans, 40 dollars. You can get the same at Real Canadian Liqour store for 25 dollars. Save your money and go somewhere else. Ladies in there are very rude

Watched the store clerk/manager kick a guy out for no mask.. the man tried to produce his medical exemption and was still refused service.. i spoke with the man outside the store and he was rather upset and explained his illness wich was very severe .. what kind of place would do that? My business is going elsewhere.. im sickened by this stores behavior.. you guys should be ashamed of yourselves

A more select stock but with Better weekly specials and every day value price lately Also they used to run out way to fast. But way better now They carry some brands that only here been able to find like fernet Blanca and more Improved rating because you may get more for your money here in quality/value example $8.99 red wine Here Spanish garnacha DOC. Vs a cheap blend lab brand in other places

Great selection, lots of staff on hand always and our local goto liquor store. Probably, cause i used to love the original Highlander hotel and it was next to it they first opened. Unfortunately in many, many visits and sometimes with a purchase that requires a couple trips to the car. I have never heard, can we help you out with that?.......

Great wine selection. Since I wasn't sure what I was specifically looking for, I asked for help from a staff member (Jenny). She was very knowledgable and attentive. I left feeling satisfied that I had some really great red and white wines to take us through Stampede.

Love this place. They have great deals every week, a nice points program, and staff always help find something good at the appropriate price. Not the biggest selection cause it's a small store but they can order stuff in for you.

Always a great experience at this location. The staff are always great to help make recommendations, track down product at other locations or even try to bring in product they don't carry.

Although smaller than many other liquor stores they carry a very interesting selection of wines and spirits. None of the dozens of liquor stores closer to me carry cachaca for instance.

You won't leave this shop with any old bottle of liquor. The staff are super smart and can really help you whether you're an informed shopper or learning which types of wine you like.

Great selection of wines, beer and high end tequila's. Found my favorite variety pack of Phillips beer here, when I had almost given up looking at a dozen other liquor stores! Thanks!

They have a huge selection of rare and limited edition craft beers sold by the can, knowledgeable staff, all the liquor and wine and everything else you could want add a liquor store.

This is my go to liquor store, they have everything I need and a great selection as well. The cashier is always nice to me. Definitely recommend Highlander if your in the area.

They have a good selection of alcohol for a moderately sized liquor store. They also have a points system which is a nice bonus. The employees at the registers are efficient.

Was please try surprised by the beer selection. Not as good as oak & vine but I found some rare beers here. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The wine selection is great.
