Great selection and friendly staff. 5 star for the staff dealing with a guy who was messed up on something and was stealing bottles. staff did their best to handle the situation However, a little unsafe for staff and customers. This store needs a security guard at all times not just downstairs by the elevator.

This liquor store doesn’t give you the stamp for the parking. YOU PAY FOR THE PARKING TO SHOP IN THIS STORE. Use the brain a bit and think why customers should PAY for the parking to shop in your liquor store if there’s literally a liquor store in every single block in downtown Calgary.

TERRIBLE STAFF, the man behind the counter with a non-local accent was very rude, not polite and talked to us like trash, we entered the store 10 minutes before closing, and it was immediately clear that he was aggressive towards us, next time for sure I will NOT come here !!!!

After two years of shopping here you would think I was a somebody, a valued customer...NOT...I was 4 cents short of an eight pack and the employee brushed me off as a bum, I'll never step foot in this store again...plus they have zero diversity hires!

Finally! A massive liquor store beside Superstore in Downtown! One stop shop is here! This store is huge! They have wide selection of whiskeys, premium beers, craft beers, seltzers and many more! I hope they add a growler fill station next time …

I’m a regular client here and normally the service is good but today one of the workers (cashier said his name was John) decided to follow me around and didn’t stop staring at me. I don’t know what got into him but it was rude and uncomfortable.

This is a great store for wine from North and South America, but also from Europe, eg Spain, Italy and Portugal. They have a good range of products and the pricing is not too bad either.

The staff is so good the tall guy named ikjot is very good,calm and kind guy. He always help and supportive for finding me wine and bringing me beer. Hope he never leave the place

During the half hour we were in the store, no one from the sales consultants even thought of coming up to us to help us with our choice. (This was January 16, 2023)
