Purchased skirting boards, architraves and Villaboard from here. There were only two sheets of the Villaboard left in some of the sizes we needed, one of which was damaged with a split down the middle. We thought we may be able to use it anyway so the saleswoman said we could have that sheet for free because of the damage. The docket wasn't checked until we got home when we realised she had charged us full price for it. We rang them to organise a refund for the free item but were told if we were unhappy to be paying for it to return it for a refund. No apologies for being told we could have it for free and then charging us for it and she was not apologetic at all for mucking us around and the delay it has created in the work. She would not listen to the problem and started carrying on a real treat. Customer service at this store and taking responsibility to correct their mistakes is disgraceful. Bunnings for us in future.

Disappointed after reading a very recent review left by Aaron Stevens that this place would cut to size, I went in today anticipating that I would get the same great service and was told a very blunt “nope, we don’t do that”. I remarked that I had visited on the back of the recent review and was told sorry, that bloke must be full of it. Perhaps I should have phoned ahead first...

Awesome people working here. The customer service was excellent. The grounds are well kept by me. Rubbish is removed. Staff are friendly, approachable and professional. They have a huge selection of tools both trade and domestic friendly. If you don't have it these guys will. Also that lawn is well looked after.

Guy on the phone guarantees me one thing, I go in (1 hr drive) and I get told something completely different. They also try to charge me extra per linear metre of a very expensive timber .. think they make up prices as they go. Not a great experience.

The staff are a lot moe helpful than the staff at Bunnings & the one named Allan should be given a pay rise. He goes way beyond what would be required elsewhere. I will be getting all my future purchases from home hardware. They are excellent.

Unorganised, lacking stock. Staff seem hardly interested, excepting a couple. Suggest problem further up the management chain. Very disappointed, with Burnings just up the road you would think they would be trying harder.

It's not retail and they don't stock items for general public and is only for trades. Every store is a franchise , and hence no one knows what the other franchise would sell. Not organised at all like bunnings.

Telephoned first was told they carried what I asked for, got there and they didnt sell it, but they put me on the right track to buy from someone else. Staff face to face were loverly and apologetic.

Very helpful, proffesional and fast service by a team member called Terry at this store. Went above and beyond for me. Thankyou, i will be back ! Highly recommend for all building supplies

Helpful and friendly staff. My request was no trouble for them (cut a piece of wood to size) , where as when I asked a major chain(bunnings) for the same they refused.

This place was a huge letdown. VERY poor range of products (some were even damaged) and the staff were unhelpful. They seemed to have a decent amount of timber though.

If you are wainting to be waited on hand and foot, go to Bunnings. If you are here to get stuff done, this is your shop. Shout out to Scott, you're a legend.

My local branch is useless for the home handy person. It appears to be set up primarily for trades these days. Very little shelf stock and limited choices.

Good stock. Always have to ask for help instead of anyone approaching me, even if they are 5 meters away and just finished with another customer.

Soooo much better then Bunnings if you want a tradesman to help you rather then a teenager that is to busy looking at their phone.
