On a short notice, Chad was able to save our wedding rehearsal day! Hours prior to our event our bath facet started leaking, and while trying to fix it I injured my hand. To make things worse, our area of the city lost its power... We were lucky we decided to go with Hot Shots! We sent Chad pictures of our faucet and he immediately was able to tell us what component we needed to acquire from Home Depot. After getting that piece, Chad was able to squeeze us into his schedule and fix the faucet while we still had no power. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to him our day was saved! HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. They installed a new high-efficiency furnace and moved the entire thing 4', added a condensate pump, and a new vent in my 120+ yr old house. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and workmanship - and price ! Significantly less than the 3 other quotes I received. Their work was praised by an independent 3rd party who is also an HVAC guy. I'd definitely call them again for any job

I had a toilet seat to fix after a bad installation and it was fixed very fast. I did a check up on the furnace as well and it was made fast and changed few parts. It's working well now. The only thing i can say is that the guy who inspect my furnace didn't have a flash light and he borrowed mine and left with it. It was surprising this person didn't have his own. But overall very friendly and efficient and fast.

Needed back water valve and sump pump installed after basement flooded. Hot Shots was recommended .. they did the install quickly which I appreciated very much! I would not hesitate to call them for any other plumbing issues. Thank you Chad for professional and courteous service!

Great service and very professional. Two guys showed up and they both left their boots outside on the front step to not bring snow and dirt into the house. This is the second time we've used Hot Shots and will likely use them again if we need more plumbing repairs.
