Overall experience was good. It's in a very good location. I stayed with my family for 1 night. Since it's a new hotel the room were clean. Had all the amenities inside the room. The breakfast was limited for the price but I felt that the food was fresh and tasty. The things that disappointed me is that when we reached there the security didn't give us proper guidance to park our vehicle. They have a basement parking and when we asked the security where the parking is he was still sitting on his chair itself and didn't give proper attention to us. Afterwards he came but even when we were parking also he didn't give the proper guidance. Reception is on the 2nd floor so when we asked him for a room boy or when we asked security who will be picking up the luggage he didn't even answer us properly. We ourselves took the luggage to the reception. Also the lift had a very bad smell. Not sure why but we were thinking like may be today alone tomorrow it might get cleaned but still the smell existed. Overall it was a good experience with clean room and amenities.

A budget hotel with easy access. The rooms are well maintained and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are several shops nearby and the building has cafés and bars. Parking could be a challenge despite underground parking. The rooms were maintained clean. Really appreciate the facilities and support from staff.

Worst experience ever. All my clothes given for laundry have been damaged both color wise and shine wise. White tops turned to dark gray and the staff didn't know any better to handle the situation. I stayed for 10 days for my business meetings thinking that its near to my office. They wasted my time, gave me immense stress and anxiety on their poor communication and mis-management. I will never recommend this place to anyone and also advise never to book in this hotel for your own sanity and to avoid negative experience during your stay. No one should go through what I have gone.

Great service and stay. The staffs were good, polite and helpful. The room is clean and maintained well. All the amenities are provided. The room service is good too. Every surface is cleaned well and it made the stay very pleasant. The location is perfect to hang out in the evenings. Everything is accessible around here. It is definitely recommended!!!
