Clean and neat rooms suitable for families. Breakfast options are very less, mostly idly and vada (the 3 days i ate). Restaurant food is tasty. Room service is good. You can utilise parking underground if you have car.

Hotel is good. Nice room. Clean toilets. Just a thing we have booked it from agoda, and it was like we can early check-in, but once u at hotel the person at reception has some problem with online booking due to that they make you wait for hours and convey you indirectly that it's because you made booking through online. Hotel management has to work on it for for smooth operations. Rest all fine.

The front reception staff have very poor attitude towards customers. He talks in a way like he is offering some charity. Had to wait 30 mins when booked through online. This guy thinks it is the only hotel in Bangalore. The charge is also huge. We had to pay 2000 for a non AC room and that too we stayed for 4 hours. There are a ton of customers friendly hotels nearby. Please avoid.

The hotel staff was very unprofessional. After booking the room through Booking.com, In the night after heavy rains, my friends family reached hotel. The hotel refused accomodation stating that they are 2 hour late. How can one do such a thing without any information to the customers. I see that they have no commitments and will give rooms to another if some one else offers higher price... Be careful while booking

Rooms are clean and well maintained washrooms. Even tariffs are also very competitive when compared to many places nearby. They have breakfast which is moderate and don't have any high expectations. Have car parking. Service is a little pathetic. Front office staffs were good. Overall I was satisfied during my quick stay. Even 24 hrs checkout when you book directly at the property

Worst talking behaviour by his reception person Nandish.. Roudly Talking.. I wait fir 1 and half hour but after that he denied to give room.. Still in cleaning.. Sometimes saying room is not check out.. Some tine saying its in cleaning.. At the last he was waiting for his close friend and given the rooms to that person..

This is the worst hotel i have ever seen. We had booked a room by calling to the reception. Later when we arrived receptionist said there is no room available and u leave. This attitude towards guest is not good. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Please find for some other lodges.

Decided NOT to go with the hotel after 15 minutes of discussion and taking luggage to the counter at 5am because of the rude receptionist. (Acknowledging that I was also cranky after a long night drive )

Hotel is well neat n cleaned, but house keeping staff are irritating, don't know how to behave. In my case midnight 1am they r making loud noise n playing music in high volume in their mobile the whole sleep is spoiled......
