Wasted $15, wasted my time driving all the way to Greenacre hungry jacks, wasted time waiting 15mins in carpark when I ordered through drive thru and in the end I chucked the coke away and chucked the whopper too. I orders a road house whopper meal. Coke tasted funny and omg the whopper...the bacon smelt weird like very old or off and one bite of the burger made me spit it back out as it had a strange smell to it. So bad this place! I don't eat fast foods much but was really excited to try the roadhouse whopper and in end I didn't even eat it because I felt like if I did I would feel sick. So disappointing

Really below average for a Hungry Jacks I bring my kids here frequently on Sundays. Every hot item is just not fresh tasting, and more chewey than other Jack's around. I find the same with McDonalds and other fast food chains in the Canterbury area. Perhaps it's a work ethic issue? I find the staff are also less than happy or really that helpful or eager when it comes to customer service. Tables are not cleaned well. Sometimes, they are sticky from how they have been wiped down This would be easy to fix if people still had initiative and pride in their work, high aspirations, and realised that you have to put in the hard yards to become good at what you do, and build a career.

Worst customer service and very rude. They messed up my order three times and kept on charging me and i was ok with paying for what i wanted. At the end when my order comes they are serving me the wrong size meal. When I complained to the little kid at the cashier, another brat from the back tells me you could have read the order screen dont blame the cashier!!! Those two both changed my order 3 times because they kept on getting it wrong and she is blaming me for not looking at the damn tiny order screen?!!! Bunch of kids are running this place, very rude. I always say i will never come back to this place but i keep forgetting, but enough is enough.

Quick, accurate, hot, fresh. I tried the Gravy Tatoes that have been in the ads. I would recommend avoiding them as it's mainly potatoes in light crumb deep fried. Very little gravy. Everything else was good. Download the HJ's app for deals.

Their staff and managers have no idea how to run their store. They accept online orders, take your money, then refuse to actually give you the food you paid for. You ask for a refund, and their staff rudely turn up their noses at you, demand it's not their problem then tell you to speak to someone else in the organisation. No training, no professionalism, just a terribly run store. Stay well away, and hopefully their license can be given to someone who doesn't hire inept employees who steal from the customer.

Went last night roughly an hour or so before close. Besides the automatic door out front that took a while to open, I am pretty impressed with the service at this branch. As they were almost closing I knew they were short on staff. I want to commend the closing manager, I don't remember his name but he was running the service counter, drinks and desserts so well. I know as a fast food worker myself that this is hard to do but he provided pretty well service. Not to mention the food is delicious as always!

Worst service ever ! I think the girl took my order is manager, while she serving me, she giving the order to her fellow staff. Mouldy bread which I didn't even notice at first because it was on the bottom bun of the burger, so I already took a couple bites. We chucked everything out, as we have no idea what else in the meals are possibly expired products and of course nobody wants food poisoning. Other than that, from the initial bites, the meat was crazy dry and tasted old. The coke's were terrible, flat and very very diluted.

I ordered a triple whopper meal deal, got a single whopper burger. I can’t understand for the life of me how they can get it so wrong. Not like it’s a big order. Again I say they treat people by their post code, or maybe I’m born unlucky. Again estimated delivery time increased by the minute. Almost an hour to get my food.

Convenient location on Victoria Road next to a gas station. The shop is small and a bit under staff. Though there's not a lot customers, there's quite a long waiting time to get the order.

Drove all the way here for the NBL promotion cheeseburgers for my family and was told every single member have to be there to claim theirs, while I have all the tickets, receipt of my purchase from Ticketek.
