If I could give a 0 I would, we purchased via Menulog and our food was late already by 20mins and no notification. We called menulog and with their great service they have advised to contact the Restaurant directly, in which we did to find that the Manager was absolutely rude and he actually swore on the phone and hung up the phone. So we attempted to call them and did not answer the calls at all what so ever, now at this point I was frustrated so we have gone to the restaurant to civilly ask where our food was. They weren’t taking walk ins only drive thru (mind you workers have already noticed our presence) but cause we are considerate people unlike HUNGRY JACKS HOXTON PARK we thought someone would actually approach us and speak to us without causing an issue at Drive thru, however in my disgust they didn’t even bother to speak to us nor advise us where our food was better yet was not civil enough to just give us our food we actually PAID FOR in which can still be proven! Utterly appalled at how we got treated like we were criminals! We are a paying customer and you treat customers like that is DISGUSTING! This was almost 10pm when this was happening for a fast food joint that is opened 24/7 we did not receive the appropriate customer service. We don’t even go here that often and this is the service we get! That’s not the worst part but I won’t even mention what happened further because I think it was a total joke and actually makes HUNGRY JACKS HOXTON PARK look silly! You FAILED at your service and you blame a paying customer when all we wanted was the food we actually paid for!

So I was just in the drive through about 30min ago, 7:30pm. And got asked to move around the corner to the waiting bay. I looked behind me and saw 0 cars or anyone there, I asked can't I stay here? and the response was no it would be better if you move to the waiting bay. I then replied with that doesn't make sense aren't you creating more work for yourself because you now gotta walk around the entire store to get to me when there is no one behind me. I heard someone say if he'd like to stay there let him. The 2nd employee that came up to the window held the bag of food before giving it and said in an angry tone that next time don't disobey us and do what your told to move to the waiting bay. At this point it had been 2 minutes since the order and still 0 cars behind me. First time I've been threatened at a drive thru by a an employee. IF that second person was part of my staff and I heard how rudely she talked, she'd have been fired immediately. I speak from experience after working in fast food and retail in management level positions.

Really poor experience. Arrived at the 24 hour drive though at around 4:00 am to then be told by a member of staff that I’ll have to wait half an hour before I can make an order as they were counting out, I understood this and waited patiently. I waited in the parking lot where I could clearly see members of staff sitting around and chatting. After the half hour had passed I then proceeded to the drive through only to be told that I’ll have to wait a further twenty five minutes because of a problem that she could not elaborate on. I then asked the staff member why I was told that it would be a half an hour wait prior to her telling me this and her reply was “that there is nothing we could do about it”. Not wanting to create a pointless conflict that would mostly likely lead to nothing, especially with it being close to 5:00am, I left empty handed. Overall the experience was very poor, with members of staff clearly giving false information to scare off customers as a means to get away from work.

Worse experience ever..Couldn't get the order right to start,had to wait to inform them, that there were items missing. Each staff member lied to manager about service.. one in particular was extremely rude a couple of times whilst waiting for the order to be fixed..same girl threw the bag at me,and said here is ur free meal,even tho we had paid in full..summer beef meal was falling apart as we unwrapped it ,d/ cheese burger was cold,not warm,ice cream was already melted and not edible..took the whole order back for refund,as I was appaulled at the whole experience..manager most certainly followed suit,like his staff members..was also nicely rude to us. previously gave this restaurant 5stars and told people to come to this site,as they previously held high value for their product and customers..maybe get the old staff back or retrain your whole crew again..worse still,they weren't under the pump ( busy). A reasonably quiet nite for Saturday at 9.45pm..more worried about Uber eats.

I use to order at the counter, but got frustrated watching the drive through get priority, extending my wait time by 14 minutes for a simple meal, and a sorry about the wait when I got my order. So then I used the drive through, got my meal a lot quicker, but tonight when I ordered they informed me the drink machine is out of order, would I mind if I got a can in stead. I said a can is fine, but when I got the can it was hot, like it was taken straight from the box on the floor, I said this drink is not cold, and all I got was a smile and a sorry while she turned away and broke eye contact with me. My expectation was for her to go and search for a colder can of what ever, so long as it was cold, but customer relations and satisfaction definitely is lacking. Get them in, take their money and get them out mentality. Other wise I only go there for food it's great.

This is my second bad experience with this store , they get the order wrong , we paid $51 for a bag of cold rubbish , tried calling the store 11 times from 9:05pm to 10:20pm with no answer , the burgers were wrong and all Cold , double whoppers orders came as singles the cheese ordered and paid for wasn’t in burger ! The staff were lying on counters basically all lazing around the store , I rang greenvalley store and asked if there was any other way to contact the store she said only duty manager but couldn’t give number she took my details and said I would get a call that failed as well !

Went into the drive through and ordered a couple items from the penny pinchers menu. Got put in the waiting bay for 15 minutes - this is ridiculous considering the young female staff are always chatting, gossiping about other co workers and playing on their mobile phones. The chubby asian girl who works in drive thru has the worst customer service skills I have ever come across - I don’t see her progressing from HJ even though she needs to be fired for such rude, disgusting customer service. Her and another Polynesian colleague are always on her phones talking trash about her own colleagues through the headset. Personally witness them talking trash then say “oh I’ll tell you later there is customers listening”.

Well I went there for breakfast but the store was closed dispite being almost 9am I've learnt that depending on the staff the burgers and wraps etc contrast vastly. The pacific islander group make the best burgers and wraps etc as they are fresh and juicy and loaded with care. I wish I could say the same with the Asian / African teams as the burgers/ wraps have been sloppy and appear to have been slapped together half hanging out of the bun/wrap. The wraps have also been disappointingly small and comparable in size to the snack wraps at McDonald's. Helpful tip, do a drive by and see which staff are on before ordering to save yourself disappointment.

When I review a fast food restaurant the first thing I review is customer service. The cashier taking our large order was great. Most importantly is accuracy, we all don't like driving off down the road with parts of our orders missing or the wrong items placed in our bags or trays. We gave the girl our phone to cross check our order, as reading it back a large order doesn't always work. Checked our order and perfecto. Food quality? We've never been able to fault any HJs to date and have voted HJs as the best for fries. Speed of our order was fast as it wasn't too busy today. Great work Hoxton Park HJs!

Worse hungry Jack's I have ever been to. I've been coming here for years and they always manage to screw up your order. Or give you burgers that you didn't even ask for. Also they advertise things and they NEVER have it in the store. So why would you advertise something and never have it? Perfect example is the bubblegum frozen. I have been coming everyday for the past 1 week and everytime I ask for it they say they only have frozen coke. Whoever is running this hungry Jack's from supervisor to the leading hand they need to get the sack. Useless and never organised

Everyone is so nice, as i went in smiles turned around and faced me. I was looking for a place to sit and you can see employees cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors (thank you so much) The service was quick and the burgers were utterly delicious!!!!! Even though you can see they were understaffed they made sure every customer were satisfied. Managers also made sure everyone was working (which they were)! Love this place, every employee were so cute and kind.

Has gone down hill so much, my sister and i order large onion rings and they hardly put anything in it. They didn’t give me my spicy sauce that i paid for and the nuggets were so cold. I use to work here over 6 years ago and its honestly has gotten so bad here, they don’t care about giving customers fresh food or good quality, you pay so much money to get hardly anything in your meal. Never coming here again, had this same issue 3 months ago but i thought maybe it was a once off, but it has happened again. Very disappointed

Our children's loved MacDonald, but they let us down no matter how far we travel away from our local ones their chips are always the same, not fresh and old chips..but we came to this Hoxton Park hungry jacks for the first time, we forgot how beautiful the fries was, fresh and hot..so we keep coming back to see if it's just one time off but no. This is our 4th time and the same... which were big family and always spend around $80 everytime... thank you so much for making the food always fresh.

My original and genuine review was deleted. So what happened was I ordered maybe $60 worth of food and what was part of the order was and angry angus burger which contained off jalapenos which was disgusting. The food has been terrible a few times before that but I went one more time. So from now on I refuse to go here or to the green valley one also which has stuffed me over as well. I'm never buying hungry jacks ever again rubbish place and rubbish people who don't care about the customers.

Ordered a coffee from here, now that they have "Jacks cafe". Not sure if they gave me somebody else's coffee or just messed mine up completely. Instead of a flat white with an extra shot of coffee, I received a cold cappuccino which tasted more like old frothed milk with a bit of chocolate powder on top. Not a great start to a "new concept", think it would be best to go elsewhere if you are looking for a hot coffee (or even a semi-decent tasting coffee).

Ankit is the worst manager I have come in contact with. Uber order arrived with just drinks, driver went back and he refused giving him the 2nd bag with the food. Had to personally drive there and dealt with the rudest person ever, not even one sorry was said through out all of this. 29/08/22 This is what you get for $9.50... absolutely robbed from my money. Measly amount of icecream and Oreo dust for this money. Closed the window on me before I could say anything. Very rude service, you can clearly see that the workers don't care about the customers. When I just moved to Hoxton Park in 2021 this Hungry Jacks was great but they must've got rid of the staff back then because this is beyond garbage. Won't be coming back.

Was with my dog on the 13/7/23 in the evening and asked a service assistant for a coffee as I could not walk inside the premises. She obliged and brought my dog some water without me even asking. I think her name was Coco. It’s the little things that make you really happy as a customer. Thank you.

Amazing customer service, walked in to order food and dine in. The drive thru looked busy but despite that the employees working always made sure that each customer was satisfied. My order was taken and brought out very quickly despite the number of orders that they had. Bag was packed nice and neatly and the food tasted amazing as always. The staff on are very skilled and passionate about their job.

Over the weekend my wife and I felt like hungry jax so we went through drive-through and i dont like to tap for paypass so i grabbed the eftpos machine off the man serving me. As I done grabbed it he reached for some hand sanitizer ready for when I was done. Not one drive-through has done that so far and at a time like this those little things workers do for customers really stand out. Thankyou.

Great experience for the family. Was served by Haley and Sanie who were very polite and patient with my small family. Food was great , came at a quiet time so came out fresh and quickly. Chips were a little heavy on the salt but that’s how I like them. Kids play area is a good size and seating for parents watching their children. Overall clean but needs detailing and deep clean.

I have visited this outlet several times and have witnessed two customers get their orders wrong And no offer to appease their frustration. I also watch as the Take away market is taking place over walk up customers. Staff focussed on that as opposed to serving the walk-in customers. The food I have received was excellent but the bathrooms are musty due to poor extraction fans

Had some issues with food being recooked to the point it was inedible. But that aside never had an issue with staff personally. What I do find incredibly odd is why have waiting bays in drive thru if you aren't going to use them? Why is it, I twice now I have sat in my car 15 mins for a frozen drink? Yet they never asked the cars in front to wait in waiting bays.

horrible service, would not recommend. Waited 22 minutes for my burger (timed it). Simple order, a whopper medium meal. Inside i saw employees slacking around doing nothing, and the restaurant was deserted, even the driveway. Added way too much salt on my fries, gave me a small meal when I ordered a regular and put ice in my drink even though I asked for no ice.

This restaurant is filthy. The tables, seats and floors could do with a proper clean. Crumbs and scraps everywhere. The cleaner on duty wasn't bothered to sweep anything up. Just mopped around everything. Bring your own wipes and DIY cleaning if dining in.

Just the other evening I actually sat in the drive-thru there for literally 27mins before i got to place my order, then was made to wait another 12 mins for cold burgers and undercooked chips!!! Even my thick shake was disturbingly warm and runny with way too much flavouring put into it!!!

Ordered grilled chicken meal from this store. The chicken was grilled on top and wasn’t done other side and hard to bite on it. I never ate hungry jacks grilled chicken burger of this kind before. Chicken tasted old and tough to bite on. Be careful now and wouldn’t order from this store again.

Really clean and fast service. Lots of parking and you can also get Coles car wash on the side. Btw, the entrance to the drive through can be confused with the car wash. Happy eating.

The worst store! Ordered delivery got a cold burger drink spilt everywhere no sauce with order and half of the chips missing.... NEVER EVER AGAIN! Oh and I want my money back!
