If you don’t speak English like your native language so don’t go there,what they’ll do to you they would be making fun of you then they’ll give the worth food that they could give someone even to you,like you feel you are in the middle of racist people who want to do something to you.you would be swearing at yourself that why did you go there to make yourself hopeless. How would it happen? Don’t try to talk to manager.ask me why? Have you ever seen a manager to try to put you in the wrong side and protect her staff. Have a quick look from whatever I’ve got at the end and if you love to see that am I wrong go there and order and you won’t ever never go back there,and if you think I’m not laying so don’t waste your lovely money and lovely time. Please make sure you are not going there because if you order double whopper you would get one and half broken whopper. By the way have a look at the quality of the chips Trust me. I’m not gonna waste my time to write these BS to not let you go,I went by mistake and I won’t go back ever. Don’t go there. I’ve been honest. Believe me and try to go somewhere else.

The guy in the kitchen is the most rude and silly person I’ve ever met .i paid for a extra patty in chicken royale burger and then he came outside the kitchen and started shouting on the guy who took my order saying that we can’t give extra patty because it won’t fit the burger according to him. Thats the silliest thing I’ve ever heard on a hungry jacks. I’ve visited so many hungry jacks in 3 different states in Australia and they make the same order for me. And i am eating the same meal from last 2 years. But when i told the same to him he wasn’t accepting his silly behaviour and saying all other hungry jacks are doing wrong . He refused to make our 3 burgers maybe because he is lazy and don’t want to work. And then i have to end up refunding my money because nobody would love to eat their food made by so much anger and negativity. Probably he need some training again on how to add a extra patty in a burger.

Ordered two of the Texan Bacon Deluxe with chips & onion rings last night 10/1/23 drove home 5 minutes max, all cold except the onion rings that were lukewarm and appeared to have been cooked twice. Getting back to the 2 burgers please don't advertise photos of burgers that you don't serve up as what we received looked nothing like your photos, should have taken a photo but you probably would believe it was yours. Mine had maybe 4 pieces of very small bits of lettuce and maybe 6 on the other one didn't realize lettuce was that expensive. That's our last meal at this place. David

I have been frequenting this place in the last few weeks. Though on most occasions the service was good, there have been some let downs. Bought a veggie burger .... Had to wait for quite some time as I think the entire staff was on a break except one person... Then when I got the burger, spicy sauce was not added even though I had paid for the add-on sauce. One point though.... Quality of chips not consistent.... Mostly soft undercooked, sometimes very salty or no salt at all....

Veggie Whopper Cheese

We ate in store early on a Saturday morning. It was disgusting . No excuse as it should have been cleaned thr night before. There was food scraps everywhere and it just looked and felt dirty. They allowed someone with a dog into the restaurant and allowed the dog to eat off a table. Seriously, for a well known franchise this is not good enough. Clean up your act.

Ordered the Chicago added some pickles & it was just perfect. Service can be better there was a older couple infront and they were treated with respect & patiently orders were taken but when it came to me she was just a little rushy rushy but over all you don't go to these places seeking customer service it's just a good burger on the go. Will be back.

I recently got some "Burgers" with them, the burgers had some may be 2-3 shreds of lettuce and the patty inside was burnt so badly. I understand these guys show no respect towards the Customers, but at least I would expect them to show some respect to the food they serve. And unfortunately these kind of rubbish is what most of our kids are eating

Wow. What a great staff member. I did not get her name but the smiles and service were fantastic. Not what I expected. The extra caramel sauce we got in the sundaes for the kids was just awesome and made the night.

Frequently have fast service and friendly staff. I think this place nearly always has the ice cream machine working or maybe I have been lucky and going at good times. The ice cream is so much better than Macca's, cheaper, bigger and more like ice cream rather than milk.

I'm sure the kids enjoyed their meals, no complaints. The manager was nice enough to source out a different colour cup for my son with their free glass with a meal purchase. So thank you for that. But the shop was dirty and outdated.

Food is great, I love how they get the sauce correct and they never forget it.. one issue I have is the car park not alot of space for hungry jacks. The playground is also adorable.
