Bigger than most IGA,stores fairly modern I think, great friendly service called in today we could not find artichokes I asked a staff member in the Isles . He took me and showed me and got them down for me to consider .don't know his name unfortunately, he was a big tall young bloke very very helpful , and a young girl with glasses on the till was helping my wife great service I must say, and they actually sell black pudding What the?, I love it then I am very old.

The store is new and fresh and so much better layed out than the cramped version in the old store in McBride St. Hopefully it's got enough dedicated following of locals who don't want to go to the cheaper alternatives in the neighbouring towns. The product range is fair. The freshness of the produce and meat seemed to be pretty good. The prices weren't awful. The person at the check out was friendly. No paper bags for beer.

The new shop is a vast improvement on the little old shop it was in McBride Street. You just need to drive around the corner now and pick one of the many parking spots. It has a bottleshop attached. The whole thing is spacious with a Cafe in front. Has a good feel and a fairly good range of organic food And they sell Ballantyne Cultured butter. Australian made and owned. Why buy imports.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to the 2 ladies working the close on 21/3/2020. In a time when supermarket visits have become anxiety-inducing, it was delightfully unexpected to experience true customer service and hospitality. It was so nice that this is the first time I’ve ever written an online review.

Love this brand new IGA. Staff are super friendly, store is clean and easy to get around, you can get a coffee and sit and chill out after pushing around your Free and "Cockatoo" labelled trolley. Can't wait for the trees to grow for a bit more carpark shade and it will be perfect!

Cockatoo IGA is one the best supermarket in the area. Their produce is always fresh, from the vegetables to meat among other things. It's clean neat and tidy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. And if the coffee service in the morning can be quicker it will be ace. …

Clean and modern looking store. The in-store cafe is great and makes a pretty decent coffee! Also, their range is pretty good for a independent grocery store, and anything you want that they don't stock they're happy to look at suppliers for you to see if they can get it in.

Bit of a little gem this place. Surprisingly good selection. If they don't have it, they'll order it in. Prices competitive. Great crew. Highly recommend their monthly meat sale. Hats off to their supplier. Never been disappointed. Worth going out of your way for.

Would have to be the most friendliest, loveliest staff you could ever find. Great range of products, fresh produce and the store is ALWAYS clean, tidy and well stocked. Can't fault it, honestly! Keep up the good work guys, us locals would be lost without you!! :)

Fundrasining here for 2 days and this IGA is the best I’ve been to! The best vegan selection I’ve seen anywhere! (Owners are vegan) - cafe inside with amazing coffee and they will happily make a fresh to order sandwich and other stuff vegan

A surprisingly big IGA, the size of your average woolies. The prices are a bit high for most stuff like most IGAs, but the meat is typically quite cheap and really good quality, especially the beef. The staff are always super friendly too.

Very clean and modern supermarket which has everything you need. Everything is laid out well and easy to find and the little coffee shop by the entrance is such a cool touch. You're unlikely to find the bargains typically seen at Woolies

Best IGA I've been to... Literally :) They have a great selection of products and the staff is lovely. The café inside has good coffee, great coconut turmeric lattes and super delicious granola bars!!
