CHECK DATES BEFORE BUYING!! Have on numerous occasions had to return items back to store for being expired. Juice section had an entire range of full priced juices expired by atleast two days. For having a decent amount of staff on, it seems as though no one is maintaining and rotating fresh stock. First photo was taken 25/04/2023, is just best before which wouldn’t be too bad if just a few days/weeks but not best before OVER a year ago. Second photo was taken 31st one day after purchasing for full price, only after eating did I notice the date was out by over 3 days as it tasted weird. Also have a habit of “accidentally” overcharging & not giving receipts, so insist on getting your receipts!

Prices at IGA are bad as usual however I needed to grab a thing or two being the only shop to stop at where i work. Waiting in line I look up and see the worker behind the counter with his hands facing up. To clarify I said are you ready? And he said something to which I still could not understand . Basically his communication skills were appauling and he answered back to me when I told him to speak up next time by saying 'i did'. These workers are just people running a business no customer satisfaction what so ever. If you wanted to be treated like a fool go to this store. Pathetic experience which seemed expected by his overall attitude. Looked like indian descent.

From what it was before 6 Years ago til Now it definitely Improved alot!!! Most of the daily essentials are available with possible ranges. Local produces, frequent snacks, offer price items, liquor, deli items, south Asian food items etc., are available. Price is mostly comparable to Coles and Woolworths. Car parking is mostly available. Clean and properly managed. Easy accessible and good customer service.

They have the Best customer service ive come across. I went there on my lunch break to buy some lunch i was so hungry but my card was declined so I went to put the food back and leave. But the kind man at the counter paid for my lunch. I will always remember that mans kindness and IGA Deer Park is my favorite shop. 10 out of 10.

Quiet local grocery store but has everything you need without going to the hassle of attending a major supermarket inside a major shopping centre Car parking is mostly always available and some good loxàl businesses in this centre You must enter via the side street where the car park is cannot park on main Robinson's road

Purchased a Greek salad from this store on special and had a best before sticker for the 21st of November, one day before this post. Once I arrived home it was full of mould. Everyone please check your items prior to leaving this store. You'd think they would be a little more aware of thing like this. Very disappointed

Always out of stock. Staff are NOT friendly, saw staff coughing behind the deli, some products with sale ticket and was charged full price. They did'nt even gave me a receipt. I only found out when i gọt home. Would NOT go there again.

Fantastic store, with so much variety. Sunny boy coffee is a must-try. Cheaper than other stores around. Friendly staff with very well-stocked shelves. I love the entire shop with so much parking at the front. “ONE SHOP STOP”

This store has been run down by the Indians who bought it. It used to be great, clean and friendly. Now it’s filthy, no customer service, expensive and stock food well past it’s use by date. Do not waste your time or money

I booked in to hire the carpet steamer they ask for my name and time to pick it up,i went just right on the time i told them to pick it up and they said they already gave it to someone else, i dont trust their service

My partner and I live around the corner and always pop in, they even got in a specific item we asked for and we get it from there weekly now! Great personal service and the cashier is always friendly, thabks guys!

I went to IGA Deer park today and I was amazed how fresh and cheap their produce is. I felt like produce came straight from the farm. Presentable and great promotions. Best local supermarket in the area.

I like to support my Local IGA store, Has the essential items you need, however most of the items do go out of stock fast. Please refill the shelfs soon. Love the Half a chips and salad deal :)

Even though prices where slightly more expensive than Coles and Aldi, the customer service was great and there was more variety this time than on previous occasions. I'll be coming back

Good place only one place nearby that open till 11 got fine whiskey collection but mostly good ones are like single bottle so u cant buy pair of same kind of whiskey

Pretty quiet. Friendly man at the counter. Not much of a range, but the main popular brands are there. Decent pricing. Not bad for the locals. Will return.

We get our lunch from the Deli here almost every day, the young lady there always goes above and beyond for us. :)

To my surprise in the deli section at the back they had amazing freshly cooked hot food & super friendly staff :)

Very good place to shop, they even have neenish tarts chocolate & white chocolate; not even Coles have these.
