Visited this store in the morning of Thursday 23rd July 2020. Once entering I was not greeted just ignored and when I needed help I was ignored again. I will not be revisiting this store ever again! I hope it can improve in customer service as these are hard times at the moment. Maybe if they employed some older people who actually care about their jobs and not these young hooligans that don't have time for people.

Had a very positive experience with an employee at IGA BORONIA !! I didn't get their name but they had blonde short hair and a couple of piercings, but they made my shop for Christmas wrapping paper very positive! Probably the best customer service I've ever had!! :)) Thank you!

For a small shop is really good and really good stuff happy to help out and always greeted with a smile. Plenty to choose from even know somethings can be a little pricey Five dollars for this item where at Coles it’s only a dollar but still I’m always coming back to IGA.

Great for convenience, but you pay for the convenience with prices of items that you would get cheaper if you just drove to the Boronia shops. Place is also old and tired looking and could do with a face lift. Staff are hit and miss with their customer service.

There is a mother and daughter who have worked there for years. They have amazing customer service skills, always making you feel welcome. It's a great little supermarket with opening hours that suit especially when others are closed during Christmas.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very pleasant and helpful. The aisles were spotless as per normal. All of the products that I was looking for were in their aisles as expected. 5 Stars earned easily. Thanks …

A nice little store. Prices can sometimes be a tad high but the specials can be the best around.... that's from being a little store competing against other chains. Very friendly staff. Quick and easy stir to shop in.

I have visited this IGA for 40 years although the name has changed a few times i could not think of a more community minded supermarket hiring local fantastic staff who are always polite.

I love this store! They always have what I need and the staff are so friendly and helpful always! Including helping carry heavy items to the car. You don't get that at the big stores.

**Warning** Always date check everything you buy, bought reduced meat and under the sticker was a used by that was 3 days over! Not the first time items have been out of date either

Doesn't have all the bleh of coles and woolies, but has pretty well the same range . Prices seem to be ok, but I'm a bloke so what would I know. A bit like the old grocer shop,

The prices are on the higher end, but that is to be expected from an independent. HOWEVER. This is the only place I have found that stocks the Moccona Hazelnut Coffee.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have had any of the renovations that other IGAs have had, so it's small, old and with a limited selection of products due to the size.

The IGA in Alchester Village shopping center has always been able to provide the products that I need. The staff that work there have always been friendly and helpful.

IGA Alchester is very good and great friendly staff . And have the best cold meat deli than any other supermarket. Always nice and fresh …

It's a good, well-stocked IGA that the locals support well. Staff are friendly and checkout wait time is usually quite minimal.

Nice workers here but just another over priced IGA. And thanks alot for choosing the most expensive ATM around. (sarcasm)

More expensive than the bigger chains, but more personable and faster for quick pick up of items. Very friendly staff.
