I contacted Ilias last night because my sump pump had died on me and my sump pit was full and setting off my sump pit alarm that is connected to my home alarm system. He took my call even though i called him after 9:00 pm, impressive to say the least. After discussing the issue he indicated he would rearrange his appointments for the next day to accommodate my situation, sensing the urgency to avoid a backed up basement. He arrived at 7:30 am which meant he was at the suppliers for 7:00 am to pick up my parts. He had replaced the sump pump and the check valve in about an hour. He was gone by 8:30 and my problem resolved. I don't think you can really get any better this. I had experienced Ilias last fall when we had a kitchen reno and the company had sub contracted the plumbing out to ILV Plumbing. First experience was just as good. Nothing but great things to say about him and his company, I would highly recommended him.

ILV Plumbing Services (Ilias) is the most professional plumber I have ever used or hired. I recently finished a complex bathroom renovation and installation project in my condo with ILV. Reasons to hire ILV: 1) ILV had excellent customer service from start to finish and at every step of the way. 2) I hired ILV because the ILV quote was fair and reasonable. ILV sends digital quotes and invoices and e-transfers were accepted. 3) ILV successfully re-plumbed the entire bathroom (removed the old plumbing and installed the new plumbing to code) and installed all the new components including shut-offs, sinks, faucets, toilet, tub, 3-piece wall panels for tub surround, and shower kit. 4) Everything was leaked tested; nothing leaked. 5) ILV ensured I was happy with every installed component and at every step of the way; everything was 100%. I would definitely recommend ILV Plumbing Services.

I recently moved my family to Winnipeg and bought an older house. Unfortunately, we inherited a house with multiple different plumbing issues that were not picked up on the home inspection. Being new to the city we had no idea who might be reputable to call and through a tip I contacted Ilias at ILV Plumbing. From there Ilias helped us out with several different plumbing issues on several different visits. His service was top notch. Honestly I dislike having to resort to calling the pros and spending the money but I can assure you that Ilias is worth every penny of his time. He knows his stuff and will work hard to get things solved (properly). Our plumbing is now in great shape and we are finally confident and feel safer living here. This is certainly a five star review and I’d confidently recommend ILV plumbing to family and friends alike.

I couldn't be happier with the work and professional service. Have used ILV twice previously, once for sewer maintenance and another time for changing some galvanized piping to plastic. This time, I messaged Ilias at near midnight on a weekend as our basement drain was full to the top and not draining. Not only did he reply that night with advice but he followed up unprompted the next morning (on a holiday) and said he could come by. This was not a scheduled call - he came on his own time despite having holiday plans and fixed our drain. Really above and beyond and will recommend his services to anyone.

Wow! Ilias is very knowledgeable and has great rates. It is clear that he is in the higher tier of plumbers who just have that extra breadth of know-how versus just enough. He is very frank and transparent with his pricing and won't overcharge you or push you to get costly or unnecessary work done. I can say this after confirming his work with another plumber. He was also easy to get a hold of (goes to his cell directly), able to fit us in promptly, and arrived at the estimated time. I would be happy to recommend him and would be likely to call him again next time I need a plumber.

My elderly father had a leaking pipe so I called Ilias. He came right away, gave a reasonable estimate, got the parts and had the job done within hours AND even came in under his estimate! I had ILV come out for plumbing work last week on our basement reno project. Water lines and drain pipes had to be moved and a small part of the basement floor opened up. Ilias and his guys were easy to work with and I've had no complaints with any of their work. Their pricing was very reasonable too. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done!
