WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to the store the first weekend in April looking for a specific sectional by Ashley. The sales woman was very nice and helpful. She initially told me furniture delivery was slower than normal due to the pandemic. That was fine. Once she placed the order, she stated the arrival was 5/15/21. I called every day the week on 5/17-5/21 only to be given a number of excuses. I was told they would look into and call me back, oh Ashley is showing something weird and, they would call them and call me back. Then I was told only one piece of the sectional came in and they were going to find out why and call me back. Then on the last day of my attempts to get an answer, I was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that he has only been there for 4 days and does not know what to tell me. I asked could I speak with the manager and he told me no because they were with customers. I said well I am also a customer but, one who is upset. He said he could not place me on hold to get that because that is a rude gesture to interrupt. After all of that , I called the company that my financing was through, and explained the situation. They put me on hold and attempted a few times to call the store and no answer. I was able to get my deposit back. I ended going through Ashley to find a set and and get a better financing option with them. My furniture was also delivered two days later! In Home has great merchandise but save yourself the headache and go through the manufacturer direct! UPDATE: I do see the response from the company. Let me make this clear. YOU DID NOT ASSIST ME IN GETTING ANY FINANCING! I kept my review factual and professional. Please do not lie in your post. I am speaking on the dates you provided me and, lets not forget that you did not address the fact that I called, what your "new" employee advised me and how they were not helpful! Bottom line, I kept getting the run around. My suggestion to anyone wanting to purchase furniture is, if you need to finance, go to the direct manufacturers store. You will get better financing, your merchandise in a timely fashion (pandemic or not), and better customer service!

I purchased a sofa several months ago. The delivery guys complained about having to bring it in the house. They set it on the end( where the arm of the couch is) and left complaining the whole time how heavy it is. Not sure why they are delivery men if they can’t handle the load! After opening the sofa and setting it up by myself, I realized that the back of one side leans a bit. We used the sofa about a week then it seemed worse so I contacted the store. They asked me to send all kinds of photos to show how bad the leaning was. Said they would get back to me. Nothing. So I reached out. They said they send info to manufacturer for warranty. And it may take a little time. A couple weeks go by. Nothing else done. No calls. So I reached out again. I told them I was tired of waiting and I wanted a refund. They told me they were waiting on a part from the manufacturer to repair it. This all started around March 16. It is now almost July. And they have not bothered reaching out to me any more and I still have a broken sofa! So no, they do not have great customer service. Maybe while your purchasing it but not if there are any issues! I am posting about them in every place I can find. Hoping no one else has the same issues!

I purchased a sofa online and picked it up at the store. When I brought it home and removed the packaging it was damaged. I took pictures and reported it right away to the store. They said they would repair it. At first they were nice about it, but weeks passed with the same excuse- we don’t have the part yet- now that im asking for a refund because I don’t want to wait any longer Celia, who is in charged, won’t take my calls or call me back. And they told me no returns, even with damaged goods. So basically I’m stuck with a damaged sofa. I’ll take this up with my credit card. This place has zero customer service. Response to the above review from the store is a joke. All I got from calling the store about why it was taking weeks for the sofa to get repaired was that the only person in charge is sick so you can’t get help from anyone else, they are short staffed, and when I got tired of waiting, their policy is that, even if you get damaged goods you won’t get a refund. You have to wait till they fix the damage, however long that takes. Also, when we took the sofa home it was still vacuum sealed from the factory, you did not open it to inspect it at the store. You can see the packaging in the pictures.

***editing to update*** After MONTHS of waiting on our desk to be delivered, and playing phone tag with the manager, we were continually told our item was "in process" of being shipped. Each time we were told it was 2 weeks out. After 3 months and multiple conversations where the staff "checked with the manufacturer" we were told that not only was our item somehow no longer in California waiting to be shipped, but was never there to begin with. After several months we were finally able to get a refund (which they refused to do for over 3 months) and move on. We really wanted the desk we ordered as it matched the bookshelf we bought from them at the same time...but had to finally order a different one from Amazon that didn't match. It was a very frustrating 3+ months and I will not be shopping there again. *** I'm so glad this store came up when I searched "furniture near me"! They had just what I needed, and at an affordable price! Our salesperson Chelsea was amazing - she went above and beyond to help us find just what we needed! She spent the time I needed to find exactly what I was looking for, and even helped us find 2 other items we love! I will definitely be back!

First coming into the store i did not feel pressure to purchase a piece of furniture. I liked that I was given time to browse and if I needed help Blanca a sales associate was there to help. Blanca was so patient and kind with me with finding my perfect dining table that I was searching for. Blanca informed me on the time of delivery and when the product would arrive at the store. I received a call when my table arrived to the store and was very easily schedule for my delivery. On the morning of 12/6/22 Kelso and Chris delivered my dining table and called me 30 min in advance to tell me they were on their way. That gave me plenty of time to prep my home for them to easily set up the table. They set up the table in about 10 min and were on their way. I really enjoyed the convenience of working with everyone and their customer service was great. I will definitely be purchasing more from this store. THANK YOU ALL AT INHOME ! (:

Marvin and all the staff that I had the pleasure of working with were all pleasant and very customer service oriented. It is quite obvious to me why they have such terrific reviews and very satisfied customers. I ordered four pieces of furniture from them and we had a few issues with damaged pieces (apparently in transit to In Home furniture from Ashley) however Marvin refused to accept anything but complete customer satisfaction. He worked relentlessly with his supplier to get undamaged pieces for me. Marvin went above and beyond and was super helpful throughout the entire process. He is truly an incredible businessman who understands and cares about the customer above all. I will be referring friends and family to In Home Furniture! I could not have been more satisfied with my purchase and the extra care I was given by all at this humble furniture store.

Love In Home Furniture! I found a piece of Ashley furniture at another furniture store that I wanted to buy. The quoted price, seemed high, even with some "wheeling and dealing and with the so-called manager's discount. When I got home I looked online and I found the exact same Ashley piece for $300 less on the In Home website. I called the In Home Furniture Store and Ms Blanca was able confirm the online price as their regular, not a sale price. She was able to complete the whole sales transaction over the phone and I made the payment on the secure link that she provided. Not only did I save $300 on the purchase and got the exact same piece of furniture, but I even saved money on the delivery charge. In Home is now our first stop when looking for new furniture. Thank you Ms. Blanca for an outstanding experience.

What an awesome experience shopping for furniture in your store. We walked in and right away Blanca greeted us with a compliment and humor. She was creative in selection, shared with us her expertise without being overbearing. When salespeople are overbearing we walk straight out! The warehouse man was wonderful and works hard, maneuvered his dolly with expertise and care, everything was wrapped up nicely and stacked strategically so our new purchases were safe for their new journey home. Thank you for the customer service to this wonderful team, even though we were being assisted already by Blanca the whole team still smiled and wanted to help each other out. Excellent experience. Never been in this store before as we are new to the area. We were in the market for a new sofa for our living room. Assumed by the exterior of the place it was a used furniture store, but I was surprised to find all the items inside are brand new. Do NOT let the outside fool you! Walked out 1 hour later with a new couch to be delivered the next day. Marvin was excellent... not pushy at all, highly knowledgeable about all the products they carry and also gave us an incredible deal. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for reasonably priced furniture. The delivery went smoothly as well. I am so happy & thankful I came across “In Home Furniture” as soon as I called the store I spoke to Eddie and he was extremely helpful & he was so nice and had great customer service. I was so surprised for the fast delivery and extremely friendly staff. I ordered and it got delivered within a few hours. We are extremely happy with our mattress and the prices are even better. Also we had London deliver our mattresses and box springs and he came all the way to the 3rd floor of our apartment by himself and brought everything up. I am very pleased and extremely thankful I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family! If I could give 10 stars I would! First let me start by saying Eddie's customer service is impeccable. He's always pleasant and always ready to answer your questions. The delivery crew is awesome. Celia is the worst person at in home she never does replacement even after she says she has done it. They delivered a damaged sectional and refused to do the replacement that Ashley said they'd replace. They did the financing for my furnitures I never touched a paperwork. Nor have I spoken to a financing company. Now I'm being told I didn't buy it from inhome if it was financed so I should contact the financing company. Marvin will reach out to you before you become a customer and when his employees are not replacing damaged furniture you'll never hear from him again.

Our first time buying from here and the customer service & experience didn't deserve a star.They give expectations that aren't met with no communication. We purchased our table on Saturday, September 2nd and the store said our table would be here in a week and today is September 16th and it's been 2 weeks.Our table was delivered today and it came with NO bench.Then we were told it is now on back order which we were never made aware of.We had to call after a week to keep checking if our table was in. That is not a customers job to keep calling and bugging about their order. We went here because it is a small business but we won't be going back because of the bad customer service.

I went in Oct 31 and informed Celia that i needed a couch. Her knowledge of the store programs were amazing. When I saw a couch, she offered to bring it down from display so I could check it out. ABSOLUTELY loved it. It was set up in my house within 3 hours of me walking in the store. And I did order a mattress that wasn't in stock. She gave a projection date. So I am looking forward to it. I have read the other reviews... If you don't tell your salesperson they're not going to know. Be upfront with your goals and they can assist you so much better. And be understanding with dates... Logistics has been crazy for everybody since Covid.

I went to In Home Furniture this past weekend and I had a great experience. They have a lot of stuff on the floor, a lot of it was already sold, so business is booming for them! I went in because their website said they had a particular chair. They didn't have it at the store, the sales rep clarified that the majority of things online have to be ordered. No one can beat their price so I ordered it right then and there. Everything was a smooth transaction and looking forward to my sofa when it arrives. All in all a great experience!! Can't wait to go back for more things.

Not sure why my husband and I weren't given the same customer service as others on here. When we walked into the store, one lady was busy with customers and one was in the office. The lady in the office saw us, but didn't come out until the other lady told her to attend to us. The store didn't have what we wanted and I gave her my number and told her to contact me when the items were back in stock. I gave them over a month to call me back and I haven't heard from them. I will be taking my business elsewhere since "In Home" doesn't appear to need it.

When I googled furniture stores in my area and In Home furniture was the first place that came up so I figured I’d give it a try . Another big plus for me is they also had Ashley Furniture products which I already have so all the new things that I purchased will match splendidly with what I already have. Blanca was wonderful and helping me pick out my Dresser, large area rug TV stand and recliner. I had pretty much a set budget and she help me stay within it. Thank you again so much for all your help.

She’s an example of GREAT customer service and not only did she listen to me as a valued customer, she resolved my issues in a timely manner. My husband and I were very impressed with the professional and personable service provided us at In Home Furniture. The owner of the store greeted us as we entered the store. We told him what we were looking to buy, and what he showed us was exactly what we wanted, and we bought it! His assistant completed the purchasing paperwork quickly and his delivery and setup staff were great. We received our brand new bedroom furniture in less than 24 hours! I wonder how many furniture companies can do that.

The employees at InHome Furniture are wonderful. Any issues that I had Celya was right on it and made sure that I 100 percent completely satisfied. Not only was she a joy, but the delivery team was awesome as well. Rich and Reg were great. They made sure the area was free of debris before and after placing the furniture in the room. We found a sofa at one of the major retailers. We priced it online and found the exact, name brand sofa at an online retailer for much less. I contacted Marvin at In Home Furniture. He price matched the online store and we saved over 40% off Ash*** Furniture’s price! Not to mention he offered to deliver it same day! Many other stores were taking 3+ months to get furniture. Highly recommend this establishment for best pricing, immediate delivery, and exceptional customer service.

Honestly had a really great experience with In Home. Our sales rep Blanca assisted my daughter in picking out a few items with no pressure. Blanca was pleasant, funny and professional all st the same time. My daughter was picking out a birthday gift for her brother and he honestly loves it. Our delivery guys Alex & Kelso were friendly and got the delivery and setup done without a hitch. We've already shared the company with family and friends.

We ordered a beautiful farmhouse TV stand and it did not get delivered in the 7 to 10 days as we were told. After calling weekly to get an answer and getting the run around for a month, I was finally helped by a nice, professional young man named Eddie. This company is by far the worst we’ve dealt with. We placed our order in early July and didn’t receive until a week before Labor Day. Once only the order was delivered were we notified that our bedrails were not included in the delivery.

My experience was satisfactory. Jessica was polite and helpful. However, I was disappointed that the piece comes assembled and delivery and set up cost as much as the desk itself.

It was easy to buy what I wanted Blanco was so pleasant and she ordered it with out any problem .She answered all in my concern. Now I just waiting for it to be deliverd..
