Suffering for the last couple of weeks with severe headaches this is new for me, so I booked an appointment a few days ago with this clinic. Upon arrival I was turned away due to not being vaccinated. Nowhere on the website did it state I had to be vaccinated to make an appointment, I said this to the lady at the door. There was no question from her about exemption or anything else, she went away to check with the doctor and came back to say essentially we won’t treat you you’re not allowed in, and pointed to a piece of paper stuck on the door. Doctors should treat patients without discrimination. What a sad time for humanity. If I’m not allowed care at this clinic then I should at least be made aware beforehand. I’ve been waiting in pain for days for this appointment and I’m now forced to continue to wait in pain while I try to find somewhere else that will see me.

I just came back from overseas and had terrible symptoms. I couldn't get into my regular GP and felt like I was dying. My sister had to take me to her local Doctor at Iris Family Medicine Centre. I was so impressed and delighted with the service and the level of care I received. Dr Mona is intelligent, respectful and super detailed. She is thorough and tactful. She is a GP that see's a bigger picture and supports her patient any want necessary for their greater health. I think I have a new GP!

Dr Mona Sherif is an incredible doctor. Whenever myself, my husband or kids have had to go to the doctors, she has always been so thorough and sees things through to the end to ensure we get the correct and best treatment. I get follow up calls to check how the kids are going if they have been sick. The level of care is so high, and absolutely genuine. I would highly recommend Dr Mona Sherif, and Iris Family Medicine.

Not only did this clinic discriminate those against people who hadn't received the Covid shots but when I received mine there the nurse didn't even know what aspiration was (standard practise whenever injecting a vaccine) but then when I explained it pretended like she knew the whole time. Woefully underskilled, rude and putting patient lives at risk. Shame on you.

My search for a good GP had ended here. Dr Mona Sheriff is great. She is attentive , knowledgeable, methodical, communicates very well , Explains why do you have to do certain things she is recommending . Most of for me it is the trust factor and knowing that my GP is very qualified. Highly recommended !

Very poor communication. Unable to get through on the phone line for weeks and emails go unanswered. Paid for a consultation to get a referral sent to a public hospital that was never sent. Won't recommend this practice.

Iris Family Medicine has been the clinic for our whole family since 2016. The doctors are absolutely fantastic: knowledgeable, effective and caring. And and service provided by staff is excellent. Truly recommend
